Hi
I am hoping to join Slimming World fairly soon but I've got a load of leftover food from when I was doing Diet Chef earlier this year that I don't want to waste. I've eaten all the snacks and breakfast things so all I've got left are soups and casseroles, I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me if diet chef food has syn values listed on Slimming world? My parents and sister have been doing slimming world and they look amazing, plus I really want to start doing a diet that my veggie bf and I can do together. But there's no point in joining until I've got rid of this stuff if I can't include it as part of my plan.
Thanks in advance, can't wait to join in with you all!

Thank you FE for the shiny new thread :T:T:T:T
Big well done to all you losers and big hugs to those in need :A:A
I am totally pleased with myself as I have been at TARGET for 2 WHOLE YEARS
as of this week. Technically been below target for majority of the 2 years but what the heck I don't go to class so am claiming this for my self esteem :j:j
I have kept a weight diary since May 29th 2011 when I was 3lb UNDER target [was at target long before but didn't think to write it down]. Have checked for this time last year and am 3.6lb over the weight then which was 5.6lb UNDER target so I am now STILL UNDER target but only by 2lb. Are you confused yet? I AM :rotfl:
I am trying to ignore the numbers on the scales [really hard to do this] and go by body shape/clothes fitting now as the numbers going up and down drive me mad. I KNOW I am a healthy size and at times have had comments about being TOO thin. I still do a double take looking at full length mirrors as even now still can't believe I am that slim and that really is ME in the mirror :rotfl:.
Anyway sorry for the waffle but just to say I DID THIS and I did it on my own [With YOUR help] and not through a class so IT CAN BE DONE. So KEEP THE FAITH and you WILL get there :A:A:A:A:A:A:A:AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
Keep the Faith All

Well done TakeItEazy. I must say I've successfully lost weight twice, kept the first lot off for a good 4-5 years but it's all gone pear shaped in the last 6 years and the weight I lose I put back on. I think maintaining must be harder than losing. Congrats to you

Hello all
Does anyone know how many syns there are in Tescos chilled bubble and squeak?
Thanks!0 -
Thanks from me also.:) I am hoping to lose a pound this week as we've done loads of heavy work in the garden this weekend and followed plan (as usual).
I've lost 1 st 3.5 lbs but it's taken since May and I cannot imagine losing another stone, which I'd love to really. I just feel different the last few weeks. Whenever I get into that "lose a half, gain a half, stay the same" mode I start worrying.:(0 -
