Finally back from WI. Not a happy bunny with a 0.5lb gain - kind of guessed it was coming as felt the tightening but annoyed as been posting meals on here and sticking to them religiously where as my biscuit snaffling son has really munched away and still lost 2lb, that with 3.5lb the previous two weeks it doesnt seem right.
Have been told to success express half my week alternating days to see if that helps and to write my food diary down seems like im going backwards now. Fed up its been so many weeks just for 11.5lb.
On the pasta and sauce note all i could get out of the consultant was that they have added extra stuff so nothing constructive im afraid.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Absolutely!! I'm always nosing in other people's trolleys so hope someone is looking in mine and noticing all the healthy stuff!Keep posting Where You working!
And so say all of us!!!:)
Have noticed that Pasta'n'Sauce is in Farmfoods lately so maybe they're selling off the packs that aren't 'new and improved'. If you have one near you it may be stocking up on 'old' syn free versions.0 -

Stef I feel your pain. The only thing I can say is that he's a teenager and whether or not he's out on his bike, running around or whatever, they do use up more energy than us and they don't have female hormones either!!!!
I haven't had the best of weeks but managed a STS so I'm happy with that but will really have to be extra careful during this week of potentially excessive eating.Mediterranean Mum
hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j0 -
Have started to write everything down again after 2/3 weeks of not keeping a food diary. Yesterday went mostly to plan but no hot choc or Cadbury eclairs before bed so ended up with having had just 1.5syns! Did 2 hours walking and 30 mins in the park yesterday playing with the little lad I'm now nannying for so now my exercise is getting up again (1hour minimum daily walk with him in the buggy and everything else)
Today:
B: Rasperyy Shape delight yogurt (free), banana, satsuma
S: Fruit if I remember/ have time
L: Pitta bread (HeB) with chicken and some laughing cow light (1/2HeA)
S: ryvita (1.5 syns) with laughing cow light (other 1/2 HeA)
T: Homemade shepherds pie (with a spot of gravy comes out at about 3syns) I add extra veggies to mine (will see what I can get at the market)
Total: 4.5 syns
HeA: Laughing cow light - think it's supposed to be five but I can never eat more than 3/4
HeB: Wholemeal Pitta - haven't eaten these in ages but picked some up yesterday to try instead of bread for a bit
Will add an options hot choc (2syn) and 2 Cadbury eclairs (@ 1.5syn each = 3 syn) if I remember/get a chance!
The youngun gets picked up early today so once he's gone I will be making tea for me and my partner and trying to get some clothes put away and maybe clean the bathroom! 1hr walk to the market today and weather dependent I may take him to the park againBody magic - It all counts
(Plus I really want two more stickers for my book! haha)

Many thanks for the replies. I didn't go with the beans on the jacket in the end, had tuna and a selection of pickles instead.
Today I've got an exam so have had poached eggs & grilled bacon for breakfast (have run out of mushrooms & tomatoes!)
I'm hoping that I'll be able to grab a jacket potato & beans/salad in town for lunch, mullerlights & apples for snacks and then we have our indian dinner date for supper tonight which will be totally off plan but I'm not here to be able to make HM otherwise I would. Next time I'll definately make a SW curry, there was loads of ideas in this months mag as well. I'm going to stay away from all the added extras (nan bread, samosas ect) & get straight back on plan Saturday morning.
May even gear myself up over the weekend, spend some time getting used to the plan then bite the bullet & weigh myself Monday morning  It must be nice to actually see the lbs that come off written down but daunting to have the realisation staring straight back at me
Well, wish me luck! I'm looking forward to having a proper sit down tomorrow & read through the EE plan & this forum & maybe sort out a week menu or at least a Monday- Friday one to get me started.
Have a lovely day everyone & thank you all for the advice
