    Hello all

Getting back on the SW wagon after going after track after getting married! Married bliss makes you fat! Going well so far though - 7 lbs off in 4 weeks - quite happy with that. Can anyone tell me what's changed on the plan since March 2011? Thank you :)
  • Hi all,
good to see all the newbies, welcome all.
    Pleased to report -2.5 tonight.
Had a bad few weeks really.
Was -4 under target, told to pay or put on, so put on 5.5, then lost 3 , then put on 1.5, so now -2.5 so going back in the right direction again. Pheww!!

Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

    46 weeks!

Can any of the target members help me?
I know there is 3 lb each way leeway.
If you go over 3 lbs over I know you get a week to get back under.
If you dont you then have to pay but is it til you are in the 3 lb range or right back at target?
    Ta.

Oh also - technically I'm a target member but I'm about ten pounds over target... if I went back to group, would I have to pay the joining fee and would I have to pay the weekly fee until I was back at target?

If you have been absent from class for a few weeks or more and have no holiday weeks left then you would have to rejoin to make it more cost effective. You would have to pay a weekly fee until you were back in target range. :D

  • hi everyone.

A good day foodwise for me:
    B - mullerlight & banana
L - HM carrot & coriander soup, peach, banana
D - HM carrot & coriander soup; couscous with chicken, mange tout, spring onions & red peppers
    Snack - kids left over shepherd pie (3 syns) [I make the one I eat without gravy so normally syn free but as a treat for the bairns I put gravy granules in this one as I didn't intend eating any of it!]; watermelon;

No HEs yet today but I really don't feel hungry now.

I'm away to a trade show all day tomorrow so I've got my piece box packed already - 2 mullerlights, watermelon, peach, banana, dry couscous snack pot (1.5 syns).

Speak to you all tomorrow night.x

There are some amazing weight losses on here :j
I've got to run this morning but will pop back this afternoon, just thought I'd write down my plan for today to see if it needs tweeking or if anybody had any other suggestions? It seems a bit complicated but I'm sure it's not once you get the hang of it! & I'm trying to use up what I already have in.

    EE day,
B:Slice wholemeal toast(HEB), poached egg, grilled bacon, mushrooms & tomatos
    D:Jacket potato & baked beans
    T:HM Leek&Potato soup, mullerlight,apple
    350ml skimmed milk (HEA)

I can't believe that the pasta & sauces are now syned  Always thought it was too good to be true!
