I hope you dont mean muller lights. they are filled with chemicals and sugar. No sensible person should touch one.

  • Yes they are still free :)

Most of them are, there are an odd few that are syns and the new greek style ones are 1/2 a syn. I just google whatever flavour it is first to check :)

does anyone know how many syns shape greek yoghurt are? its in a four pack - two lemon - two orange
  • evening all,

just tried a dansak from the local takeaway as online it says they are half as many syns as my usual Korma...have to say it was beautiful! Happy with having discovered that little beauty ;)

Although I bought some 2% natural yogurt (Sainsburys basic, 1 syn per 100g) in case it was hot as there's mixed reviews of its spiciness online but I haven't used any so will have that with apples sliced up over the next few days :)

    So today:
B: baked beans and 2 poached eggs
S: options hot choc (2syns) cadburys eclair (1.5syn)
L: accidentally missed as i was rushing to get stuff washed and dried so i could go to the gym :/
S: cherry bakewell hi fi (HeB) pineapple snack pack
T: 1/2 takeaway dansak with plain boiled rice - weighed the rest and it was just over 300g and i had just under half so calling it 300g too - 6.5syn

so that's 10syns, not bad for date night :)

May have a mini milk (1.5syn) later and perhaps some fruit and yogurt (1syn) both of which would still keep me under 15syns for today :)
