  • Awesome to hear everyone's good results :)

Had breadroll with jam for brekkie (HeB + 1syn)
    options hot choc (2syns)
Dinner/tea was at harvester, roughly 5syns I believe but thats it for today so I think I'm ok

Zumba tonight was awesome - so much fun!

Had a silly but fairly big argument with the boy after the gym, have settled it now but it's made me feel a bit poop :/ I'm sure I will pick up by the morning.

Have also decided I'm going to have to give notice to the tot's mum - she keeps messing me around and expects the world whilst she pays me pitence AND I've had to change my plans 6 times in the past week as they've collected him late and not told me that they would be doing so -she's getting worse not better the longer I have him!

A quick report on the watchitm80 family's progress. This week Paul watchitm80 (me!) lost another 1½ pounds, making a total loss of 9 stone 8 pounds in 40 weeks. Brad watchitm80 (19 year old son) lost 1 pound, making a total loss of 2 stones 12 pounds in 40 weeks. Lesley watchitm80 (wife) lost 0 pounds, making a total loss of 3 stone 7½ pounds in 39 weeks. For the first time in over 30 years I now weigh UNDER 18 stone - 17 stone 13 pounds to be precise! Only another 6 pounds to lose to achieve my interim goal of losing 10 stone in a year. North Baddesley 5.30 session.

Wow this is a real inspiration! My Hubby has at least 4-5 stone to loose, hopefully getting his cholesterol down and his liver function back up in the process. I will definitely be showing him this update.

Does anyone know how many syns are in the Schwartz Bacon flavour bits that you put on salad? I can't find nutritional information anywhere to do the syn calculator.

    Good evening all.

Nice to see some great losses in here tonight.

My tea went really well last night for the family that are staying with me, nothing was said about it being SW food at all and all plates were cleaned - Bonus!

Had WI today and have lost 2.5lb, this gives me my club 10 and 1.5stone award meaning that i have lost a total of 2stone since July having tried doing the plan with out joining a group first. Am really pleased, more so because my sister was analysing me this afternoon and said since we last saw each other in August she can see the loss and where its gone from so a definite NSV there. :T

Off out for the day with her tomorrow so wont post till late, here's hoping everyone has a great friday!!
:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

    DD 1994, DS 1996 AND DS 1997

Lost 3st 5lb with Slimming world so far!!
  • Being very well behaved today - bought some grated cheddar yesterday for the tops of the cottage pies that will be tonight's tea so what I've done is weigh it out to approximately 30g (well as close as I can get with our scales) and divided it between 8 small tubs - I used some that used to have baby food in - some fruit puree that tot's mum provides for his puddings - they are small pots with little clip on lids which I saved on the off chance they would be useful and several times they have been invaluable! I have one for my HeA today, 2 others in the fridge and I've popped the other 5 in the freezer. MSE as usually the cheese would have ended up wasted or I'd have sneaked extra bits here and there and SW friendly!

    Today:
B: banana, satsuma, wholemeal roll toasted (HeB) with baked beans and cheese (1/3 HeA)
    S: 1 cadbury eclair (1.5syn)
L: not decided yet, a (free) mugshot perhaps...not feeling very inventive today but will be accompanied by a couple of apples and a satsuma
T: Cottage pie - mince (2syn) gravy (3syn- possibly less) cheese from HeA

Tot is being collected at 3.15pm today (whooopha!) so I will have some time to myself for the first time in about a week and a half - it's much needed and overdue so I will probably use it to decide what I want for Christmas (mum is asking now and as usual I have no idea - the oh has amassed my gifts gradually apparently based on things I've said I want over the past 2/3months so no idea what he's picked. Will get him to liaise with the parents) and read a book (first time in MONTHS). Ahh bliss!

Excuse me ladies, I wonder if anyone can help? My friend is doing slimming world and I've bought a tiny bottle of weight watchers fruity white wine. Apparently the ww foods are quite a few syns - does anyone know how many syns this would be please? If it's too many, I'll just have to drink it myself :D

    Thanks.

offical weigh in day.... im 9 stone 9 and i have lost a total of 7.5 in four weeks. according to the website i will reach goal on the 19th november if i keep going at this rate. im so pleased. i sit there in the evening with an apple while they all have crisps and this now seems worth it.
keep going everyone we all have some great losses. were doing great:j:j

:Twuvvies. It can be really hard watching others having syns. I often cut up an apple into chunks and stir it into a few tbsps of FF cottage cheese. Seems more filling than just munching on the apple. You can add bits of ham too.

Didn't get to WI yesterday as too much on. Out for 3 course (synful:o) dinner last night and breakfast this morning. Need to do my meal plan and shop but hard to summon energy. Clothes feel OK but will make sure I'm good this coming week to combat any gains.
