    :jWell Done on the loss!:T
I find that eating the same thing, say having the same breakfast every day. The weighloss stalled. Mix it up, if you can;)
  • well after a gain of 4lbs a couple of weeks ago (silver wedding plus DD1 being in hosp) I maintained last week - I was happy with that because * was due! Well this week I have been so good, but by last night at weigh -in I felt really bloated... and * hasn't arrived (I'm 50 - and things are starting to change...). I didn't want to go to WI and have another gain, but I forced myself to go.

I couldn't look when I got on the scales.... but i'd lost 2.5lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been good, food-wise - lots of h/m s/w friendly soup alots of superfrees......

So given that my boobs are still sore due to * not arriving I really hope I can shift some more next week..

  • Morning all

Feeling grumpy & hormonal this morning. Seem to be flipping between rage and wanting to cry hysterically. :wall::sad:

    Doing EE today..

B - Mushrooms, peppers & SW LO quiche (only small peice ) & 2 linda mcartney rosemary/red onion sausages
    L - Pork salad
D - HM Broccoli & Cauli soup (currently cooking in the slow cooker) with Hex B of bread roll (60g)

Snacks - apple, glass of skimmed milk (hex a), strawberries, few raspberries , options hot choc (2 syns) & muller light

I felt sorry for myself last night and ended up having 30 extra syns :mad:so i am on a syn restriction for remainder of the week. Also planned to go to Zumba and when it came down to going. I didnt want to go out in the rain :o

I am ashamed of myself this morning for not going.I cant wait for *week to actually start as i can start on the cerazette that the doc gave me to test out. Its no wonder i can never lose any weight when i am so hormonal. I feel like i am constantly taking one step & then 10 back. :(:(

Good morning all. Congrats on the loss Shellieholly.
    Welcome to the newbies

Would someone look over my meals for today please as am attempting a green day instead of EE,

B, 2 weetabix, 100ml of skimmed milk, strawberries.
L, wm pitta, falafels and salad. Apple.
T, baked cannelonni with side salad (1 syn for paremsan). 1/4 pineapple.

Remaining hea in coffees. Have worked out that from my daily allowance i get 4 large mugs of coffee and enough left should i want cereal. Milk is always measured into a seperate jug in fridge so when its gone its gone.

Looks good to me (assuming you are synning the falafal?) unless there is a SW version ! If so you MUST SHARE as i love falafal :D

ETA - are you using the pitta as 2nd hex b?

Its not so bad here in sheffield. The clouds seem to have shifted now. I could hear the rain hammering on my window this morning . I just wanted to stay wrapped up under my duvet
