Up to 8682 words so far
1500 left to write on this section then redraft to final stage

Feel worse today with a burning throat and really run down.
Shopping done and decided to get the weekly shop in today and then I can stay at home for the next few days to recover and get on with the work that needs doing. Shopping wise I stayed on budget and got 500 extra points to go towards the Christmas shop which is just under £20 so that's going well for the Christmas Dinner shop later this year. Aiming to use those extra points vouchers I get each time and its going well and I'm on budget for this months food and petrol shop.

Banking checks done and all on track to reduce my overdraft by 25% this month too - now that's a great result for the end of the month!

    NSD 7 today too

    Another momentous achievement today.

I used up the final face exfoliator application of the salon brand I used to spend so much money on. I haven't bought anything from this brand for 3 years now and its taken me this long to use things up and sell other new items. Now it's gone and that phase is closed for good and I'm feeling good about it too!

Only that massive pot of hair treatment to use up and then it really is all in the past that excessive spending. Getting there with that pot as it looks about 1/4 full now as I sit with a treatment on.

The £1 is in my treat pot as ususal for the use up of a beauty item. Up to £23 now for new walking shoes.

I think I must be feeling better today as there is no way I could be bothered to apply a hair treatment or exfoliator and face mask at any other point over the last 2 weeks - at last!

Today is the usual NSD of course and more writing. Aiming to finish that first draft of the discussion section and reference as much as I can at this stage and cross my fingers it's what they're looking for.

Getting there! 9860 words written now leaving 2140 to go at the minimum. Approx 500 words to go for the discussion, have written the conclusion this morning. Will do it this afternoon and aim to get this section first draft completed today.

Also have washed and changed the bedding and cleaned the bathroom so I am feeling better today - woo hoo!

NSD 8 today and no clothes spend day 8

Did it! Finished the discussion section. Will leave it alone for a few days and then sort out the final draft next week.

One week and 4 days to go

Have broken through 10000 word barrier now - 10628 written leaving 1372 to go. Probable word count will drop down a little after redrafting which is fine and there are still more sections to write which is this weekends job and get those bits out of the way leaving the dreaded intro and background bit.

A little bit more written tonight - just just under 11,000 words now. Approx 600 to write on this shorter section tomorrow then make sure all paperwork is up to date ready to merge together

Ok then, what are the plans for today?

Have been to the vets for Mr Dog's post op check and all is good there. Swept and mopped the floors on my return to get the worst job out of the way as they have been doing my head in.

Plan is to finish off the 2 x 1000 word sections today and that will be about it.

NSD 9 - having all this work to do is certainly helping me reign in the spends, stick to my overdraft reduction plan which should come down by £90 this month

563 words to go now for minimum 12000 word limit

A lot of progress made this week. 2 shorter sections only halfway done and I've run out of things to say so I'm leaving them for now and then this weekend I'll focus on the introduction and background section. Next weekend I'll see what else I can add to them along with the final checks.

Off to the bank now to pay some copper in as opposed to using coinstar like I would have done in the past

    Paid the £5 of copper coins into my savings account yesterday - very pleased with the bank who were happy to accept them. Keeping saving them of course! Received a £2 coin in my food shop top up change to add into the total;

    £2 up to £150
    20p upto £74
    50p upto £46
    Copper £7
    Total £277

Keep saving those little coins, they build so slowly it feels like you're not saving anything then they grow into a good amount!

Today I will have a go at that final section, hoover and then wash the windows. If I get round to it some fabness too, tidy my nails and feet up and repaint the varnish!
