Very pleased - more jobs ticked off
Abstract updated and finished bar some final rewording if needed next week
More written on one short section and finished bar final checks

What's left - more to write on other short section and that introduction section that's still looming to complete - might even finish it by Friday - now that would be a good result! Otherwise will not be a frantic weekend before the deadline next weekend at this rate.

Off to get some other jobs ticked off like hoovering

    Hoovering done
    Windows washed and dried

Sorted out a lot of papers for the final section and have a big pile to work through tomorrow and discarded all the ones I don't need. House is starting to look more under control from paper as the end approaches. Have tided up everything that is done with - papers, books and folders. One week to go tomorrow and strangely feeling like everything is under control.

Struggling to find some motivation today.

Walked up to town and back to get some milk before I run out and also a light bulb to replace the one that went this week all out of the grocery budget which is getting tight and low this month as I try to keep on track and not spend more. Lunch break and now trying to find some motivation to start work on the dissertation.

Any way almost caved in to a pair of shoes in the sale but talked myself around to stay strong and not spend and did stay strong so can safely declare its still a no clothes spend month and a NSD too

Finally got an appt with the Dr today who agreed that I am still recovering from the infection and kindly gave me a sick note for a week to get back to normal. Feel a little better but nowhere near back to normal. On the upside it means I can get on with my uni work although I was off this week until Thurs anyway.

So what else, read 2 papers before the Dr appointment, more to do this afternoon of course. Paid extra £30 onto CC with high interest rate from pay pal eBay totals. The grand total of 99p for this weeks sales so far!

Not much else to report apart from will be taking it easy and getting on with reading those papers.

NSD 13 today and no clothes spend day 13 too - all going well there.

Have spent the morning redrafting a section and referencing, getting closer to the finish line

Next though is having a lunch break then getting on with some more this afternoon

The finish line is in sight at last. Have done a lot of redrafting, referencing over the last few days and now only have a paragraph left to write. Have hit the minimum word count already so no need to worry about writing extra nonsense!

Can't believe it and strangely not stressing about it as I expected to. Certainly made a difference being off work for the last 2 weeks for me to get on with it and get it written. The penny dropped last weekend to not stress about it as there wasn't going to be too much for me to change at this point after a year of working on it and if its not right its not right and there's nothing I can do about it at this stage.

As it looks like I will have some spare time before the deadline I think I'll get on with the poster for the final piece of work and get that done and out of the way ready for the next deadline and then I can really feel like I've finished!
