Well a surprise there while tidying that paperwork out this evening discovering 2 more potential insurance miselling claims I will be pursuing. I had no idea I had taken them out or not but have discovered the original paperwork details for one. I will ring first and see how this is received.

It would be good to claim it back but I have no idea if it will be a success. Still no harm in enquiring and informing correctly of the details.

A good afternoon at my work experience placement today - very enjoyable training session and also planning my work for the next 2 weeks which is more data analysis and looking forward to that

Much more enjoyable than the real work job.

I forgot to mention, I rang the bank today to check they had all the policy numbers for the ppi claims. Turns out they have and there are 5 being investigated.

Did take 3 separate phone numbers to get through. Cheeky ones telling me it's this one and it's not!

Firstly, off for a day out with mum today for her birthday earlier this year - all budgeted for from the birthday account - nice! Bought her a lovely bunch of colourful flowers yesterday from the budget to treat her.

Secondly, feeling more ocnfident about the ppi claim after we were talking about it at work yesterday and a friend of mine got £6000+ back easily. Thinking now I might be in with a chance of compensating. Also found out the correct address to send another store card claim to which was different to the automated voice address. These banks certainly like to pretend to make it easy don't they!

Yesterday was NSD 22 and today should be too if the budget is enough - hope so!

Yeah for me! Stuck to the birthday budget and came in £5 under so it is another NSD as a result as the day out birthday budget paid for coffee, parking, flowers, entrance fees and lunch - great planning worked well for budgeting. Great result!

A lovely day out with a really lovely walk around the lake which was peaceful and tranquil. Late lunch as the house was closed until later which was a bit disappointing but as I'd paid for it we waited to go in a look around - was interesting though.

Won't need much tea tonight - might have some strawbs and yog?

NSD 23 today - very pleased plus its another no spend clothes day too

Today's plan is fab the house up by doing all the housework as it's a miserable day here.

Wait in for an ebay collection

That's it! Blimey still can't get used to having this free time, will have to have a think about what else to do!

Well another discovery today, while writing a letter for reclaiming bank charges and totalling them up I discovered details of another loan that had PPI attached to it.

Will send off 2 more PPI questionnaires and reclaiming letter next week and wait and see how these get on. Another example of a bank that makes it very difficult to find out where to send the details off to as seems to be the case for most of them!

Relisted all the 99p ebay items today to see if they sell over the next week and maybe it will be another free listing weekend next week to list the rest. Every little helps as they say!

Went for the first run in 6 weeks this morning - unsurprisingly quite hard going at times but its the first one out of the way and done. Will build up slowly this week and aim to do another couple of little runs to get back on track.

Also not surprisingly another NSD yesterday and today making it 25 today as no pennies left until payday then that's bill and budgets day so none left after that either. Will be worth it though as I've paid off £91 off my overdraft and will be able to do the same next month along with all the usual debt repayments
