I've reached halfway on the wordcount for the dissertation!! Over 6000 words written!

1/3 of the way through the results section which is ver much in draft form and needs a lot of tweaking and chopping and refining but hey, a milestone is reached!

A bit more done today - still to finish the results section - last section tomorrow of 1st draft then an awful lot of work still to do on it.

Did put 4 results tables together though and I'm pleased with these and how they look to summarise the results better

Full of cold for the last 2 days and and a dreadful chesty cough - just what I could do without right now!

Keep on plodding with the dissertation .... You will get there in the end. You will be proud as punch that you pushed on through it. I'm glad you like the way it's looking so far with the results tables.

Ahhhhh and a cold too!! Good excuse for a Hot Toddy and bed..... It might help you to sleep ;-)

Cough better today - very snotty today however hopefully its clearing up a bit more now although my ears feel bunged up this morning!

Went for final wound check - all healing well and only need a dressing a night and then come the weekend try it without and I can go back if I need to.

Coillected christmas present order - jeans look ace and I'm sure mum will really like them, slipper fine too - all for £18 when the slippers were £15 at full price! Also drew out the petrol budget ready for whem I need it. Checked accounts and various budgets have been updated which is good

Today I'll be writing those results up again and then the deadline is 3 weeks today so it's full steam ahead and back to work tomorrow on the hamster wheel of life again

NSD 25 today too - 2 more to go until target - will make it just in time!

A bit more moneysaving carried out while I have a coffee and before I start work.

Cancelled lovefilm subscription - don't have enough time to watch them and I am saving as much as I can right now even the £2.99 a month
Cancelled my dietplan subscription - it's time for me to do it on my own now after 2yrs. It helped me get there and stay there and now I want to show myself I can do it on my own and maintain this healthy lifestyle I have made for myself. If not I'll go back but it feels like it's the right time to do this. £10 per month saved there

A total of £13 per month saved to get the bank account back in credit in a few months time

After a lot of searching around I've found a suitable savings account for year 1 of the long term savings plan.

I want to keep this account separate from my other accounts and happily leave it alone for 12mths then after that stick it in another account for however long while saving continues.

Plan is to start this off in Jan 2014 providing I am in credit at this time and have been for 3 months

    Full of cold still

1st draft of results completed - up to 9700-odd word count total now but quite a bit will be chopped out of that from redrafting.

I'm not feeling like the results section is very good so quite a lot of work in that section still required and then onto the nightmare discussion section

Back at work today and have been offered 3 study days to take in the next 2 weeks - hmm not much but still will make life a little easier next week when I decide which ones to take

Lots of comments at work about how bad my leg looked - and it looks a million times better than it did!

Anyway - did some work on the results again tonight tidying up half of it with the rest to do tomorrow then will send off a small section for some comments then start the next mahoosive section which is going to be very very very hard work - will need that time off next week!

Accidentally left my purse at home - hence a NSD 26!

    Finishing the month with
    a tremendous 27 NSD
a 3rd month of no clothing spends
    under petrol budget
    slightly over food shopping budget

Slightly stressing about the dissertation today as so much to do and pleased I'm now only in work for 3 days over the next 3 weeks. Did some alterations today to the results section and will do some more tomorrow to get it hopefully in better shape by the weekend.

Very very chesty today after cold has cleared up a lot. Feeling pretty tired so it's tea and an early night for me tonight before the super long day at work tomorrow.

Filled up with petrol today and stuck to the budget
Have written my shopping list and hoping to stick to the budget again
