What a great start to today! The long dog walk done and a 7 mile run this morning which was great - I enjoyed it a lot, lovely morning to go out and the longest I've run for ages so that was really great!

Having a little rest with a coffee before fabbing myself up for a walk up town for a few bits

I'm bouncing full of energy! Hoping to sleep better than last night as took ages to fall asleep for a change

    Today was:
    2 x 1hour 10min walks
7 mile run in 1 hour 9 mins
1 hour walk to town and back fabbed up in a nice summery outfit and my favourite bright red bag and a bit of bright pink lippy for me - hey check me out with braveness and confidence!

A brill exercise fun weekend for me!

Just about to finish reading a long chapter from my study book with an exfoliator and face mask on to make sure I do both and then repaint my toenails after that. All work stuff ready to go along with food prepped.

Today I did my monthly toiletries restock - should be ok for the rest of the month I think unless the face cream come and serum back on half price offer. So this week should get plenty of NSDs and have written my food shop list for next week

A long day at work today - one of those days where most of us in the office felt quite frazzled for some reason today.

Anyway - squeezed in some quick uni applucation form time and have done 7/8 of it leaving a check over to do then submit.

Also had a chat at work about the clothes budget and stuck to the idea of another No Spend month for the clothing budget. I WILL stick to it for June and take it week by week this month.

Lovely lomg walk after work with the dog and cleared my head out nicely. Leaving me now to read the rest of the chapter from yesterday

    NSD 2 today

A low spendy day today - drew money out for haircut on Friday then caved into a choc ice this afternoon after was hot at work.

Long dog walk again after work which was nice, read the uni chapter this afternoon so another job ticked off, leaving me to find another one for tomorrow.

Not much else to report today, better get off and do that ironing!

Fab news for me today was a run after work and despite thinking it was quite ploddy - it wasn't as I ran it a minute quicker - yeah!

    Happily a NSD 3 too

Zoomed through a textbook in an hour this afternoon too which was good and will attempt one tomorrow too

Pretty fab day today after being told I looked fab by my all my female colleagues for wearing a dress today at work and how much it suited it me! Not bad for a sale bargain from last year I almost regretted buying.

Also maintained for the 5th week at my target weight which is good going despite being told I need to eat today I'm eating well and healthily along with some treats of course!

Zoomed throgh some more chapters this afternoon quickly with some more to do tomorrow as I'm now off work for a few days which is nice!

NSD 4 today - came in on budget for shopping leaving only a few bits left to get

Having a good day off despite waking up wide awake at 5am!

I have a lovely new shorter haircut which is great - just above jawline now opposed to below chinline - should be a breeze for me to take care of and hopefully better for running too.

Dog also groomed neatly today, not by the same person I stress!

Due to careful planning I can count today as a NSD too

Time to get on with some cleaning and get most of that out of the way after this partcularly annoying survey is completed!

Today's fabness has been 4 x 1hr dog walks and a 6 mile run so feeling a little tired but not too much. Run was 6 miles in 58mins which overall was an alright time asI felt very plodding and a little breathless halfway around despite the inhalers beforehand.

Also did nearly all the cleaning leaving just a tiny bit for Sunday, washing done and dried on the line. Dog also neat and tidy after a morning at the groomers and he's now sleeping his walks off!

Tomorrow off to visit mum and just thinking about a nice fab outfit to wear - have 3 to choose from and also will take my bargain mint green handbag bought in the sale in the deep midwinter!

Have a good weekend everyone and its been pretty warm here especially as I felt quite crispy when I got back from my run this evening!

Certainly have eaten more today taking me 500kcals over my current kcal allowance with choccie and choccie eclair.

Fabbed up today wearing a dress I wore once last year so it was nice to wear it in the sunshine and warmth rather than the miserable weather from last year. Enjoyed the tennis this afternoon with a more competitive feel to the final than it usually is even though not unexpected the Serena would win - a great champion.

Feeling a bit run down with a cold for some strange reason so instead of my longest run planned for tomorrow will just do the short one if I feel up to it - no need to overdo it with everything that I've got on now. Tomorrow will do 2hrs for study too in the afternoon.

Time for some meal planning for next week I think
