Hmmm looks like rain here later on this morning so my plans are

Get out for usual long dog walk
Back out for a run if its dry
Sweep up more of garden
Little rest
Get a NSD in for a NSD weekend
Mop floors if dry
Do an hour study this morning
Do a couple of hours study this afternoon
List on free listing weekend
Plan any spends next week and a very strict budget

Did stay strong and not buy any more sale clothes meaning my NSD yesterday is still intact and I stuck to my no clothes spend month too - phew!

Just back showered and snacked with a coffee after a run - decided to do the 6mile on as I felt alright. Time not great at 60mins however pleased it went well considering how I felt the last time I ran 5 miles. Looks like the inhalers are doing their job well. Have a review next week to see how its all going so let's see what that brings up.

Another NSD today bringing the total up to 11.

It's the end of an era today as Old Trafford said goodbye to Alex Ferguson. Brings back all those memories over the years of watching them and also walking past the old training ground on the way to uni even more years ago!

Been for a lovely bright blue sky and sunny walk with my nutty dog who was nutty again! Decided to go for the longer weekend walk to take advantage of the nice evening after work.

NSD 12 today - nice

Tomorrow is the final research interview and hoping to get them transcribed shortly. Also meeting up with my tutor to check in and see if all is on track as I finally pinpointed a research question with some clarity today

NSD 13 today - yipee!

No Excuses Tuesday - stayed strong and didn't spend any money on coffee or treats today. Paid £1 for parking already budgeted and ready in my purse for this morning's interview and also topped up the empty tank with petrol sticking rigidly to my budget of £23 and coming in just under this limit.

Also did 6 week 6 pack and the ironing along with prepping all food for work over the next few days.

Really pleased I have all the data now generated for the researh - have come a long way in the lat 2mths. Also had a good discussion with my tutor about what to focus on next and the emerging themes, one of which may not be suitable for this dissertation but maybe for a separate paper! Now that was a surprise to be told this so I'll be bearing this in mind when I get analysing and writing up as it is certainly a very interesting viewpoint for me to develop further.

Tomorrow is full of appointments - eye test and dental both landed on the same day - here's hoping all goes well. Once these are out of the way I'll be cancelling my health cashback plan and setting up my own budget plan as I realised that I wasn't using anywhere near my allowance and overpaying a lot. Plus I need to factor in the new prescription costs into the budgets.

Also sad to see my favourite Italian manager leaving the premier league after being sacked - always a delight to look at!

I am pleased to report that my eye test went absolutely fine with no need for new gigs but as I've had mine for 4 years I would like a new pair but ther's no rush to get any. It was free too!

Dentist appt went even better with a excellent report about how I am doing a good job looking after my teeth. The downbranding on toothpaste and mouth wash is certainly giving better results than when I spent 8x's the amount previously on toothpaste - lesson learnt!

As the weather cleared up nicely and left a bright blue sky I decided to take mr nutty dog on our longer walk this evening to take advantage of the pleasant evening and, for once in a long time, he behaved!

Also NSD 14 today as I am claiming back my dental fee from the cashback fund and now I am on 6mth appts that will get cancelled as soon as the glasses are paid for and paid back to me I will save up myself for the next round of appts later this year

I've had a Fab Friday - super smart today for work with perfectly applied make up slightly more than natural look for my brilliant voluntary work place. Trying to hook a fish in there, let see if I do!

Then back home for long dog walk, out for 40min run, made a low kcal egg custard for puds for next few days which was very quick and easy and nice!

Excellenty day all around! Also STS this week - on track with weight maintaining -phew

Good morning everyone!

Well it's the usual NSD weekend for me unless I cave in to some sale clothes - unlikely though as no pennies left. So it will be a fabbing the house up cleaning kind of day and uni reading today while the rain is here, But to begin with a but of exercise!

It's definitely a NSD today making it target reached at 17 NSDs. Next target is 20 NSDs and as I already have my train fare money for next week should be able to get to this no problem in the next few days.

Just finished 6W6P that's certainly not getting much easier in some sections but still enjoying it.

Decided to do my fabness today instead of putting it off until tomorrow so my fabness is an exfoliate, facemask and prewash hair treatment!

A long walk with the dog this afternoon after 3/4 of the housework was done. Mushroom risotto again for tea to use up those mushrooms. No reading done yet as too busy listening to my favourite TMS and that fascinating test match
