    Good morning everyone!

Feeling much better this morning after feeling decidely strange yesterday afternoon and not too great - must have been one of those things.

Today WILL be a NSD as I endeavour to stay aaWy from the online sales - mind you, no pennies to spend so I imagine that will help.

Today I'll be getting some free exercise as usual with long dog walks and a run, finish off the last bit of cleaning and washing, listen to the cricket and read for a couple of hours to get some uni work done. That's quite enough I think, bet I don't feel that tired later on though!

Ran 6 miles this morning coming in 2mins quicker than last week which was a nice surprise as it felt very slow and steady along the way. Very pleased with how the exercise is going as I'm taking it very steady after everything that's gone on over the last 6 months and also to make sure I make time for myself to exercise along with all the uni work, work and vol work - of course I have time, it's a mindset - everyone has 30mins for themselves, and if you have 30mins, you have another 10mins to make it 40mins!

What else? Washing on the go to hang out, then some sweeping up and mopping floors then an hour of uni reading I think. Just finish my coffee first!

    NSD 18 today

Thes usual weekend long dog walk done, all the cleaning finished including the dreaded floor mopping. Also made a lovely tea tonight using up bits and bobs of chickpea and apricot curry with pepper, spicy chicken drumsticks and rice. Really tasty and will be looking forward to that for leftovers night.

Did manage some reading - not too much, will do another hour I think.

    NSD 19 today

Planning went very well taking all food and snacks with me and taking the train fare out in advance for my training day. The same plan for tomorrow to get to 2nd target for NSDs

Forgot to mention - paid ebay fees with ebay proceeds and transferred £25 to cover both postage costs and leave £19 to transfer to high rate CC on Wed which will also be shopping day this week

NSD 21 today - did the food shop and stuck to my list leaving 2 more things to get on Friday only.

Posted ebay sales and got the surprise of a further 2x£2 coins in my change to add to my pot - all going well so far.

Work on the hand, is a different story, as it becomes my time for them to become narky with esp about my voluntary work as they start to develop this into an 'issue' all of a sudden........well if they think they will get me to change they are wrong as I am not doing anything wrong at all in terms of performance and as they have not been subject to my iron will for quite some time I believe they have forgotten how strong it is. Let's see how the rest of the week and next week goes after they complained today about me going on the training for the last 2 days despite them agreeing to send me on it - whatever, get it right for once!

Another day of absolutely of, how shall I say it? Oh yes, ''management'' scrutinising the only thing they can - glad it's the weekend shortly and I'm only in there for half a day.

Can't wait to leave that place - hope something turns up soon for me

Had a good day today - cleared the air at work after all that had gone on this week. Then a good afternoon this afternoon at the placement and the projrct is progressing well and we have some really good ideas to develop it further over the few months.

NSD 23 today meaning 2nd target reached and next stop 26. Almost have to pich myself about this when I think bacl to last year and how far away from here I was - penny dropped now for certain and as a result, is the rest below.

I found my perfectly fitted new pair of running trainers I have painstakingly saved up for for the last 6mths or longer - I can't remember now! I will be collecting next Friday. Really pleased with them as they fit so well and also hit my budget and not over which was a relief. And, I had the biggest smile on my face on the way home realising I could buy them, pay cash - not credit or overdraft - YEAH!

It took saving £1 every time I used up a beauty product in my pot, plus the determination to not spend it on anything else, keep at it and remind myself of how far I have come. I did it!
