Hmm felt really tired and wiped out today at work, Went to Dr's this afternoon after being short of breath again this week for a full week and inhalers not doing anything. All ok but px steroids to see if that solves the mystery. Not looking forward to taking them but stll if they work they're worth it.

So, only spent an hour at the placement before zooming down to the Dr's. Soaked on the way home although managed to avoid the even heavier downpours shortly afterwards. Managed to get a few jobs ticked off though while there.

It's going to be an early night for me I think then tomorrow is the usuals - cleaning and reading - woo!

Another £2 coin into the pot today - up to £136 now for birthday

Quite a productive morning with plenty of relaxing - a good day so far!

Long walk with the dog this morning
Bedroom and living room cleaned
Swept and mopped the floors
Hoovered everywhere
Updated snowball calculator from credit card statements

Got weighed yesterday making it my 6th week of maintaining - yeah! Working well with weekly weigh in and keeping on track quite easily - more so than before. Eating plenty incuding treats so really is working out very well and I'm very pleased. Mind you I had a nice surprise today when I put on a pair of spring colour jeggings in pale pink and white leopard print (sound worse, look better!) I haven't worn yet bought at hthe end of last year for a bargain £2! Size 10 - quite loose! Result!

Also a NSD today after forking out for 2 prescriptions yesterday which I wasn't too pleased about as I wanted to wait ubtil a planned spend day but hey - needs must and all that. Trying really hard to not buy any sale clothes - halfway through the month now to the No Spend month - keep at it girl and don't spend!

Ticked off all those jobs from today, freeing up plenty of time tomorrow to walk and do some uni work.

Will fab myself for a walk to town to meet a friend then back home for lunch and get that pesky uni reading done and 2 long weekend dog walks.

Another NSD today after beong treated to a free coffee by my bessie mate beloved!

Nice long walk this morning, fabbed up wearing a very purple outfit today of lavender jeggings and violet top - not yet worn from the sales last year and my purple jacket mum bought me in the sale last year with grey ankle boots - hello sun, where did you go? All topped off with my pink lippy!

Plenty of walking done today which is good and a nice chat about healthy lifestyles and healthy weight.

Ironing done first thing this morning and washing attempting to dry under this gloomy cloud.

Time to do some uni work next - reading and uploading for transcriptions

Almost 2hrs to convert video to mp3 and send - pleased that job is done and once I know they're being transcribed it'll be a great relief. Going to get on with some writing tomorrow and make sure all is in order before analysis starts in about 3 weeks time - going to be a full on few weeks for sure but worth it in the end that's for certain!

As I have no pennies left to spend, plenty of food in - no excuses but to get on with it!

Relisted 13 items on ebay following no sales this last fortnight. Will list some more on the next free listings weekend after the photos taken yesterday

Firstly, facemasked this morning to make sure I did it and work my way through that tube! Nice long walk this morning too with mr dog around the water park

Next wrote a good chunk of my first draft of methods - very pleased with this. Referencing and expand some sections some more to get on with this afternoon and then send off for some comments. Quite amazing how far I feel I have progressed after 1000 words!

Also a tremendous NSD 13 today too!

Bad news, looks like I need some work doing in the bathroom that I could do without really but hey even though I could do without it, it really needs doing so it's another job to be ticked off the list.

So Friday will call in and look for some prices and get some quotes ready to go by then. Hey ho, knew something would pop up like this at some stage.

Got the car quote ready to take to work to pass on and hopefully we can agree to get this done next week while I'm off work.

So, after a productive day it ends on a bit of a bummer type feeling and I try to wrestle those negative feelings away and accept that although I don't have any spare pennies it's a job that needs doing and will make life easier too as it will have been done when the rest of the room gets done next year

Feeling a bit chirpier now having pushed away those negative feelings - life is life and I'm in control of mine which is always good, let's not forget!

Back to study time now to make up to 4hrs for today - gave done 3hrs so far but got quite a big chunk drafted - yeah!

Yeah! Toilet fixed yesterday to the tune of £55. Still cheaper than £190 to replace with labour. Had to dip into my house fund for it to scrape the money together but hopefully that will do for now.

What else - review at Dr's went ok and back next week to see the nurse but I am feeling better which is good and will be back out running again shortly.

Car repair job booked in for Monday which wil be good to get that out of the way.

NSD 14 today and just about to get the bathroom cleaned up properly after yesterdays late finish and wipe down - was messy in there! Swept and mopped the floors after work to get my least favourite job done while its warm and dry!
