They've got some lovely new tatty teddy designs out - shame I'm skint!

I've got the one holding the pink rabbit to do for our daughters, love the cupcake ones too. Could spend a fortune on them but too many other projects planned!

It's been one of those days today when I think I got out the wrong side of bed..... I would love to pause, rewind and start the day again....

To be honest though, I think my bad day started yesterday evening when on it reaching bedtime, I found a text message telling me 3 family members have various health issues. One I am close to, the other s are extended members of the family but it is still disconcerting and upsetting to receive news like this. I had a poor night's sleep and woke this morning feeling rather rubbish.

In better news, I found last month's WOXS and do like the easter cards so might start one of these tomorrow although probably a bit late to get anything done for easter now.

To those that remember my post about our previous internet issues, I mentioned this to our broadband provider today (while sorting our other internet problem) and they have come back and said that not that usage shows 4.69GB (but raw data 216mb) usage shows 20.89GB (raw data 590mb) but I can see its been raised so it will be interesting to see what comes of it. What does everyone have planned for tomorrow? I quite fancy doing some stitching (see above) but not sure?

This means nowt to me ! but hopefully points towards it being an error. Helpfully I cut myself off while on hold and then when I phoned back they wouldn't speak to me as I wasn't named on the account.

when sew and so updated their "what's new" list, I had almost every new tatty ted and country companions kit on my mental shopping list (amongst other new kits at the time (forever friends I think) but actually when I looked at the kits in detail, they didn't appeal as much and I managed to avoid my credit card melting. :rotfl:

Evening all. Its snowed all day in Derbyshire today and its bloody cold.

Sorry to hear about your family members flat Eric.

Im being nosey now but im just wondering what's the largest and most time consuming cross stitch project you've ever done?

And where is the cheapest place to buy a tapestry frame from?
I'm trying so hard to be thrifty, but it doesn't come naturally. You lot are an inspiration!
    JUST LOVES THE O/S BOARD

  • Evening All, it's been a while since I have been here and given an update but here it is. This is the border collie photo that my DD's had converted to a chart for me. It's coming along really well and I am enjoying seeing it progress.

Hope to be able to do at least 4/5 hours tomorrow :j
