We need milk so wee walk to Mr M's later and maybe a snowball fight, and then more stitching. Off to investigate stitchy magazines now.

I put the question on Across Town Stitching's facebook page, but no response yet. We've had no post for the last few days (council don't grit/clear the country road where I am) so I'll wait until that catches up.
Peak District map coming along nicely, hopefully should finish by end of month.
Keep warm and take care if you go out.0 -

OMG! I can;t believe that.. They are ridiculous. Good luck getting the threads. Must be nice having the box though?
Well done on persevering. I haven't received mine yet. Might email to kindly remind them about the threads.
Thanks Fos? for putting up sparklies site. Thought it was a post from Louise that originally put me on to it.
Aislb - If no one wants it, I would love the washing line sampler, saw one other day on google images but couldn't find the chart. No worries if she does want it though.

Fame at last haha :j:j:j
JCS1 - Loving your map, it's looking great. I stitched one in that style of Scotland, didn't have the fancy border like yours though. It remains the only chart I have ever stitched twice - I gave the first one to my uncle who moved to America after he got married but I missed it so stitched it again:rotfl:
Snow here was quite heavy last night - got about 3 inches but it stopped by midnight and isn't the really deep stuff we were hoping for. Hubby is most disappointed as he wanted to go out driving in it (he has a 4x4) Big kid :rotfl:Cross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219. Hello Girls
Hope you are all well and warm - the snow has just started here very slowly not lying as yet.chickywiggle wrote: »Then checked my e-mail............my letter is in cross stitch COLLECTION..... now where will get hold of one of them on a snowy saturday?? Your letter is in it - got my subs copy other day there and seen it due in shops now. Lovely picture too.
Well I have completed my other calendar - would like to do more but my time is needed in getting the AOY letter O finished and the snowdrops done by early February.
Think I will chill a while before deciding what to do next. Will do some stitching but not too keen in going out as yet.
Keep well
