It looks like you have the vip package with all that! I have been with them for 7 years. What exactly did you say to them on the blower? Did you ring to leave? Thats what I am going to do I think. Sky seem a better deal and I miss LOST

Disconnections have alot more clout than CS so go there and just mention the latest SKY deal of (i think) 3 for £26, broadband ,2 tv mixes and evening and weekend free telephone calls.
I cant guarantee that that will work, but its worth a try. they seem to be incredible deals to keep customers going to sky.
    Please post what you get.

I only used to watch Sky One, so I have got TV medium,(which is Freeview) Talk Unlimited (2 sons who spend 24/7 on phone) and 10mb broadband for £37 a month. This is going up to 20mb in about 6 weeks. I can download what I want to watch and play with my DivX player. I was on 4mb before, and had already got them to throw in Talk Unlimited for the same price as Free Evenings and Weekends. This is all going to work out a lot less than I was previously paying. If Virgin get Sky One back I'm not sure if I'd pay to have it again. It all depends how I get on with my downloads. So far all's OK.

I gave them a call just before Sky cut the channels off and was able to get

    XL TV
    Talk Anytime 400
    L Internet
    V+
    V box

    for £56 a month.

Just be warned that when you get your first bill it will be double what you agreed on the phone. They take the month and then a month in advanced.
