  • I would definatley give ebay a try if you want a budget dress - if you buy one that doesnt end up fitting, you can always re-sell it! I couldnt decide which dress to buy, i found 2 beautiful brand new monsoon dresses, both with tags attached that should have been around £200, both for under £45. I bought both with the intention of trying them on and deciding which was nicest. luckily one didnt fit right anyway so i was spared deciding between two gorgeous dresses! i put the one that didnt fit back on ebay, and made £3 more than i paid for it!
  • I've picked up some fab tips already, thanks to all who've posted on here. I'd like to ask though, has anyone used the wedding dress seller in China on Ebay,( you know, the one who sells the dresses for about 3 quid and charges 60 quid postage) and if so, what was your experience?

Lots of us have used Landy or Milly but they're more expensive than that, mine was the grand total of £92 :p.

What's the name of the seller? If you post that then more people will be able to help.

I understand the worries you have about buying on eBay, however, if you've picked a style out from ones you've tried on in bridal shops anyway then the only risk is the quality - and I don't think I've read a post on here yet that says they've been unhappy with their purchase in that regard...?

Nothing to stop you going and trying on dresses and then ordering the one you've chosen off eBay and saving a packet :D
