Go elsewhere, try another town, look hard.
Possibly consider waiting for new stock and paying the extra...?
Best of luck!!!Am not witty enough to put something cool and informative here:o0 -
You cant beat hurricane lanterns, that are simple and cheap. You can often get them in £1 shops and just fill them with pebbles or flowers to match your theme .I saw this idea at a very plush wedding in America, and it looked stunning.Hope you have a fantastic day.
If you are having a small wedding Marks and sparks have a lantern complete with a luxury candle for £5.00 each, they may be on sale now.Just stunning.
Butterfly garlands made with delicate feather wings and crystals, in baby pink and primary brights are on sale at Monsoon at half price just £4 a packet.
Also check out Marthastewart.com for crafty ideas its just greatWhere is Narnia and how do I get there? That wardrobe salesman lied to me:rotfl:0 -

Fear not Guinea. I just found my bridesmaid dresses yesterday in of all places, ASDA! I wanted silvery grey dresses for my bridesmaids as I didn't want to put them in something like the stereotypical lilac and was going to grab them off ebay. But I went for a shop yesterday and to my surprise found some gorgeous silver grey satin dresses overlaid with chiffon, cross over at the bust and hand sewn sequins on the top and all finished off with a lovely satin tie sash. I thought they were a steal at £30 each but to my amazement, they were only £7 in the sale!
As I had only one of my bridesmaids with me, I found one that fitted her, and then bought a few more for my other bridesmaid in different sizes. The ones I don't end up using will be cut up to make matching shawls etc or sold off on Ebay!
So don't despair and keep looking!

Ah ah! I have been blessed! Saw an advert in my local paper for a bridal sale in a shop near me so made an appointment. Went along today with my Mother to see bridesamaids dresses. Saw THE perfect dress in the colour I wanted. No, they were not in the sale although they were EXACTLY what I have been looking for. They DID have a sale on brides dresses and although I have already bought my dress (£54!) my Mum asked me to try some on and yes, you guessed it I have found THE perfect dress and accessories....and my Mother offered to pay! Could I resisit?! No! I guess it's money saving for me but not for my Mother...although, the dress WAS half price!
Baby Bump born 4th March 2010! :kisses:

Hi everyone just back from Gretna Green , daughters wedding ceromony was lovely. we went to Mill Forge , the weather was terrible blowing a gale . 15 mins after daughter was married there was a powercut so no lights or heating for over 8 hours. we had bought tickets for a function the food was brilliant but we could not see it, staff getting us around with torches. there were that many candles lighting up the bars i had asthma attack and had to leave early. the photographer was a guy named Colin Wyper who produced some stunning photographs under adverse weather conditions, these were in the reception area by 9 am the next day.:hello:What goes around - comes around
