I would like to get back to it in the new year, fire up my Couch to 5K podcasts again.
I have been inspired by the website !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I first found it when I was looking for exercises for my ankle during the early stage of the sprain. I am looking forward to finishing my re-conditioning programme and starting a running programme which I will be using in conjunction with a rowing training programme.
I have decided to do my run tomorrow, although I feel a lot better than I did last night and this morning I don't want to use up the minimal energy that I have. I will go out tomorrow morning instead which will hopefully give time for my sore throat to get better.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

I wish I had gone for my jog first thing when it was dry and less windy
I will have to wait a bit and go this afternoon instead unless there is a clear window in the next hour.
I want to catch up with the washing today. We are also going to do a final check of this presents to make sure we haven't forgotten anything. I am also thinking of getting our stuff out for our holiday next week so we can wash anything that needs it and check we don't need to buy any warmer layers. I would like to pack for our holiday before Christmas so we can just get the bags and go at the end of the week.
Other than that we are planning on having a lazy day today.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

Slept really badly,it felt like I was coughing all night. I can't even rest today as we have a family lunch to go to and both need to drive to ferry step son and his family around. Looking forward to getting home tonight and hopefully sleeping a lot better.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

The annoying thing is I don't feel I'll. I had a sore throat a few days ago which has now gone, no cold, just an annoying cough. Oh and my voice sounds like a teenage boy going through puberty but with someone hitting the mute button every now and again. Some words make it out at random pitches, others not at all. I will see what it is like today when Mr AJM wakes up, at least I am amusing him.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200
