I could do but i would still like to know exactly what i have done to make them stop taking orders from me:(

Sounds a bit like going to a coffee shop every day, sitting down all day while only having one cheap drink. Some could ban you because they don't want you as a customer, as they don't make any money off you.

I don't know if it's been asked, but have you been returning a lot of stuff, or claiming for parcels not received? Someone else at the same address doing that?

Obviously it is possible that Boots have made a mistake.
Maybe two other people in the OP's street (same postcode) also ordered 5 bottles of this perfume each and Boots are assuming that it is all the same person.

If it were me, Pat, and I _really_ didn't know why I had been banned, if I really thought that I'd been a good customer for Boots, then I would want to find out what the issue is. But if you think you know why you've been banned then you can either tell us or not - it doesn't matter - but the chances are you've got the answer.

I have written numerous times on this thread that boots will not, infact they have stated that they can not, give me a reason.
The post above which someone has quoted from another thread was one of numerous reasons they gave me that someone could be banned.
Hence me posting it on the grab it thread to warn people that if they're buying a lot they could be banned.
I do not know why they have banned me from online ordering.
They dont have to give me a reason, that has been stated many times on this thread.
If i knew the reason i would say.

You are one truly vile person. You talk about bullying, yet you pick on anyone that dares to disagree with you. And making fun of someone with mental health issues? Shame on you.

    My god!
Have you looked at the replies ive had including your own?
I've been accused of everything from taking stuff back to store, money is my god, greed, not meeting the terms and conditions etc.
Can you honestly look back through this thread and think ive deserved all thats been thrown at me?
    Yes, you probably can.
Well im not ashamed of making fun of someone with pmt who wants to claim benefits because they think its a mental health issue.
If they can dish out spite and nastiness then they should be prepared to take it back.
If not then dont do it.

They HAVE given you a reason but, for whatever reason, you seen to think that this does not apply to you and are therefore saying are not being told anything.

You said on the other thread that [Boots] had told you

'Basically they said they are a domestic retailer'

Which means, they think - for whatever reason - that you are running a business with the things you buy from them.

This response is not what someone else suggested, this was your response when someone asked you what Boots had said to you.

You have been buying too much glitch stuff and you have been busted - so much stuff in fact that they think you are running a business Pat. That nust be a lot of stuff to be buying.

Or, if you are selling it on eBay, maybe someone from head office has bought something from you on eBay you now have got a marker against your name. Someone like this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/m.html?item=120738679072&pt=UK_Health_Beauty_Skincare_PP&hash=item1c1c960920&_ssn=clearance7144&_pgn=3&_skc=400&rt=nc

Also, different T&C would apply to a B2B (business to Business) contract when you sell to them. You cannot return something because you have changed your mind for example.

You have not been accused, you asked why they would ban you and then people were offering suggestions. To take them as an accusation would indicate that there is actually more to this than you are letting on.

However, your sentence where they told you that they are a residential retailer speaks volumes.

You then accused people of bullying you (maybe when you did not get answered you wanted) and you then found fit to throw back a comment to someone about Mental Health conditions with laughing faces after it. And still you think that acceptable and justifiable? To mock people with Mental Health issues?? It does not matter who that is, you have generalised the MH is a laughing matter and I don't think you won any friends now, sorry.

    However.....

Boots think, for whatever reason, that you are not a residential customer and are running a business, they clearly have a good enough reason to think so and someone at the end of the phone would probably not know the reason - this goes higher than Customer Services.

If you have been buying things and have sold a single item on eBay during a time when it could have been returned for a refund, then they will of course be suspicious - and if you are not registered as self employed with HMRC I would let this drop otherwise you are going to open a massive can of worms for yourself - they will have proof you are buying from them to sell on and they can declare that to HMRC. They will have the invoice from when they sold to you, the packaging, the details from eBay as to who the seller was and the price it sold for etc.... Even if you are not doing this on a regular basis they can raise their suspicions with them and you will be investigated.

They might have even been watching for things that are being bought and then sold on again and are targeting those customers.

You don't think retailers do things like this? Think again.

For now, all they have done is close the account but yes, others should heed it as a warning if they have been doing the same thing.

As I say, none of us here know as we do not know who you are or what you have done, Boots do, they think that you are running a business and so have stopped you buying from them. It only takes for them to contact HMRC and you'll be under investigation for a good year. Maybe now is the time to bow out and forget all about it and hope they have not reported it any further.

No. i actually asked what people would do if this happened to them.
As for making 'friends' on here with any one.............well that works both ways.
I havent put what i actually buy or what i do with it because whatever i put no one would believe anyway.
I do actually make up some charity baskets for good causes. I have basically been called a liar and been ridiculed for disclosing this.
What if i told you i have a mother whos severly disabled and housebound with 3 children, 10 grand children and 10 great grand children and ive had to do her shopping too for the last few year, gifts for xmas. birthdays etc?
Why should i have to state my own personal circumstances?
I was angry because of the above. Not being able to have my shopping delivered actually just makes things a lot harder for me.
Not that anything that ive said above will be believed.
And who can blame me for thinking that?
Yes, ive done a hell of a lot of shopping at boots which has included some offers and glitches now and again, im human and this is a money saving site.
A lot of that shopping has been for my mother too.
