Really, well put it like that yes I do not want debt collectors calling round.

What on Earth can I do? Every time I call them they give me the run around, it takes 20mins before I can talk to someone they keep transferring me.Then they have to read all the notes and they say send us the proof of posting I say again I have been through this countless times already. I have sent a copy of my receipt I am not sending the original they will say they never got that either. Anyway RMail say it has been received a sig proves that. So whats the problem, I am going round in circles.

Thanks, I am writing again now demanding a written confirmation that they deny receiving the phone.
