From the picture unless your neighbour parks carefully she is blocking access to and egress from your garage whether you are parked in front of or actually in the garage. You parking in front of your garage is not blocking anyone. Get your deeds to check your access rights and also find out who her landlord is.

First i heard of the police being prosecuted for towing a vehicle but if you know something I don't..

I suppose I must do then.
If you think you can drag a legally parked car off their own private land regardless of what the rights of access are, I'm sure I do.

If the op has access rights and the neighbour is blocking it with their motor anbd blocking access to the public highway then the police CAN act and deal with it.

Right. At the minute i park on the opposite side of the black car. 1 person owns all the other houses in our row and obviously the garages. He does not mind me parking where i do and is quite friendly so he would understand if my neighbour budged down a bit. I know she shouldnt have to move but i cant help thinking if it was me i would co operate.

The reason i want to park there is because i want to be able to back my van (large transit) up tight to the doors and the wall. I have valuable tools in both my garage and van and this would secure both. If i was just parking a car it would not bother me at all.

She knows all of this and still refuses to co-operate. If i was to park my partners car in the garage and she still blocked me in then surely thats not playing by the rules. Thats what garages are for after all.

I am in the process of getting the deeds and title plans for the other houses. I found out a map with my boundaries on today. Will take a photo when i can and upload it.

You finally agree with me then.

That's what the deeds are needed for. To see if that "has" exists, and where, if any, and which neighbour, the access route lies on.

Until then, it's a bit premature to start ringing the police and demanding that cars be towed away.

Could you buy one of the other garages off the owner or even do a swap with yours ?

I could do but that wouldnt really resolve anything. I want to be able to park in the corner to make my garage and van both secure. Plus ive just put a new roof and guttering on my garage.

Difference is. If you leave the car outside the garage it will probably still be there in the morning due to being locked.

If you do it the other way around, car in the garage and the pile of stuff in the road outside, it will either get ruined by the rain or stolen by passing opportunists.
The comment about garage full of junk and parking outside was not aimed at the OP, but a general comment.
I've talked to neighbours about this and how it blocks access to our communal garages. In quite a few cases it's "I just put the stuff in there when I moved in and I must get round to cleaning it out" but nothing ever gets done.
A couple of years back some of the cars were vandalised/ broken into and miraculously the garages were cleaned and used in double quick time!

Looks like they messed up when building the garages. Plans slightly out or built too far over?

Glad you posted the picture, I wouldnt have dreamt that in a month of sundays.

Although i have delivered to a building site where they knocked down the garage because they actually built it backwards.

Makes a change from the buyer changing the plans. One guy wanted a games room above the garage. No problem plans approved, They built it then he decides he want a full size PROPER snooker table in there, But the flooring beams were not strong enough. And they would need to remove the roof to deliver it.

Funny thing is ive been nothing but helpfull to her since we moved in. When she was single i putting. up a new fence which she said she liked so i said if she gets the panels i will fit it for free. I guess thats all been forgotten.
    No good deed goes unpunished?

I would be sorely tempted to park behind her car.

You might have a problem if she reports you for using the garage for commercial purposes?
