I don't think that will work. Those speakers have a hardwired green stereo male jack for audio input (designed to plug into a soundcard).
It would only need one of these plugged into the TV's SCART out and then the speakers' green jack would plug into that.604!0 -

... But those speakers have a headphone socket, so that poster suggests them as a way of getting the amp stage to feed the headphones.....
Quite correct, thought it was too obvious to explain, considering previously it was correctly suggested that an amp was required.
As headphones are being used on a TV the quality and output could be quite low (relatively) cheap speakers are ideal.
You could do away with the speaker set if you have a stereo (shows how old I am) or some type of other combo unit; conect to the AUX IN and use the headphones from there.0 -
