  • From what I can tell, the item stays as 'processing' until they confirm they have dispatched it. It is not linked to your play funds or any problem with your payment.

    Which is not exatly 2 working days of order. I've negged the other one, will neutral this one. (or not bother leaving any feedback IF it arrives Tuesday- just email them and point out should have been posted on Friday per play T&C)

    I've just signed up to play to clear out some cd's, I'm not sure though about listing cd's that aren't listed on play already, I can't see how to do that, if you can? :confused:
    There are other cd's by the same artists, but not the ones I have, can I still list them?

    If you search the CD by title and it brings up the same title but with a different cover picture then yes, but do say in the item description that the cover picture is different. If that title does not exist on their system then no, I don't think you can list it sorry

    I have about 900 items listed on play and I only sell about 4-7 items per week, not much, but every little helps I guess.

  • For some reason I can no longer even log into my play.com account. It says:

    Your account has been closed.
    • Contact our Customer Service Department on 0845 800 1020 if you wish to discuss the status of your account.
    Does anyone know why this might be? I listed a couple of items a while ago but didn't sell anything.

    If you have 900 items listed you must be paying the £19.99 subs, is it worth it for 4-7 items a week? I'm only asking because I have 1500 listed and only sold 17 in the last 30 days, I'm thinking of cancelling the pro-subs.

    i currently have 35 items listed, most i've ever had listed is 50.

    in the last 3 months i have sold 78 items - average of 6.5 per week.

    in the last 6 months i have sold 100 items - average of 4 per week

    I keep getting buyers claiming my DVDs are faulty, when I know they work.
    Play are forcing me to refund, but I know they work :mad:

    What can I do?
