You've banned your daughter from seeing her grandparents? Because they paid a parking fine?
There is a little bit more history then just that.

Lets just say this is the straw that broke the camels back.

    Tony,

forgive me for saying this, you have fallen out with your parents over a bunch of shysters, honestly your ire should be the company that uses fake authority and fake tickets to scam money out of people. They are quite good at it, they con tens of millions of pounds out of motorists.

Please sit down take a few deep breathes and think about how you are going to get back on terms with your parents, denying them access to your daughter only hurts your daughter as she tries to figure out where grandma/grandpa are. Family feuds can last donkey years, but don't have one for a measly 60 quid, its not even your money as they paid it.

Just use your energies constructively, I use mine by advising people on this scam, I with the other folks on here have probably saved people 100s of thousands over the years, and educated thousands into this scam. I am happy with that.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Maybe you ned to step back a bit.
They let you drive their car every day, and pay the fines you pick up. (As they see it) It's their money.
  • Its my car i bought it but as i was living abroad put it in mothers name, and i make good money so dont need anyone to fund me, its the going behind my back thats the issue.

I will speak to these thieves tomorrow and put it to them that if they keep the 10 pound it costs to park and then donate the remaining 50 pound to a childrens hospice of their choice i will put the same amount in.

Maybe the only way of me being reasonable to put an end to this i will let you know the outcome.

Anyway as others have said time to relax in the bath.

    We already know the outcome.

Put it back in your name.
They won't see any thing else about it.
Pay them the sixty quid back.
    Sorted.

I'm selling the thing as i am leaving the country i work around the globe so don't need to be here .... but i will probably end up going to Lancashire to their offices to solve it

Ive already requested to speak to the male in authority as i can't argue with a women

I work in the oil industry and sometimes you've got to kick up a fuss to get all your money when working in far flung places, before that on building sites where contractors would occasionally hold back money and try to wriggle out of paying it thus this way of thinking where i can't let anyone steal from me is ingrained.

Unfortunately for me i just can't walk away.

Tony, I'm not going to join the chorus telling you not to bother, I too am an awkward cuss when I get my teeth into something and I fully understand your determination to take them on.

But you need to calm down and go about it the right way. First and foremost, if there is to be a court case it needs to come from your mother or father, and that's going to be tricky to arrange if you are not talking to them.

And apologies if this next remark is out-of-place, but I dare say your daughter would be happier if you were on speaking terms with her grandparents.

I see you have started a thread on Pepipoo and you are getting some constructive advice there.

Given that this forum can no longer be considered independent or objective, it might be an idea for all posters asking for help to simply be directed to Pepipoo.
