Because of the sheer numbers involved............it is across the entire customer base who have 'free BB' included in their mobile contracts
IE they didn't just do it to one person...............they did it to everybody0 -
They are being very unhelpful, trying to persuade me I physically signed a contract for broadband... Yet cannot find a copy or send me one. I'm really not sure I'm speaking to the right department...0

... was put through to a manager, who after being asked if this was the special team for broadband removal complaints, hung up on me. Brilliant.0

Not good at all. Some special team that is, I now suspect i have spoken with that same person a few weeks back in the process - he had no movement.
So does this mean the game continues Orange - the special team is not resolving anything - just another delaying tactic? The next few days should tell us as people get the calls - WillBanyards call implies nothing resolved, no movement. I am looking forward to small claims, getting quite excited about it:cool:0 -
They certainly were not authorised to discuss penalty free contract termination with me!........only BB and Orange line rental The 'Outbound/Highlander Team'..........or whatever else they may be called0
-
Same again for me - but when I called to register my OfCom Case # with Exec Office, they put me back on to this team and another circular conversation - no movement and just plain rude.
They are stating 'it's not our fault if you don't know what you signed in your contract', basically.
No chance of cancelling mobile based on the broadband removal, because they're 'separate contracts' even though one is used as an incentive for the other.
and round... and round... and round...
I'm still leaving both 'services' (:rotfl:) at the earliest opportunity but I am so fed up with this.
It is bullying.
So why are they getting away with it?
