Look if you work for Orange and have just come on to devalue this forum or just aren't the brightest spark in the box what you are achieving is totally counter productive (or productive maybe) flooding this thread with your nonsensical posts.

We all want a result from this exercise and your are doing no more than silencing those who's posts are informative and important to others.

I will say no more on this matter here. I suggest if you wish to speak to me directly about it PM me so i have the option to ignore them easier.
  • i can post what i like ? moneysaving convert run this site ? (not you)

i'm in the same position as everyone on here ? also i'm initialled to my view even if you don't like it.....

i just don't like being told what i can and can not post on this site by people like u who think u own the room ?

So has anyone besides eva49 had a call from the special Scottish team? and if so did you get the deal you wanted?

Asking because if this team is really ringing people 8 to 8 you would think some of us who first complained back in August would have been contacted by now -would you not!

One of the problems with forums is people only use them to complain etc and drop them when issues get resolved - i am just hoping someone from back at the start will let us know. I would have thought I was fairly early on the list.

I do now believe that a team is dealing with this from Scotland (the first bit of truth from Orange in a month) - simply because Exec office have forwarded one of my emails to them and mistakenly cc'd me in!

I have a complaint with the exec office via ofcom still outstanding. i have been promised a call back since last friday. im sure lots of others have been waiting longer.

Be interested to hear if anyone has been offered a new deal and if so what it is?.

Im more interested in cancelling the mobile part.

Just aside to this, i have tried to contact orange via there email form on the website for over a month and receive an email reply all the time saying they are experiencing technicial difficulties.

Just had a very interesting conversation with CISAS

It would appear Orange were already under investigation by Ofcom prior to this, although he could not go into detail.

Even though we have been miss-sold and they are clearly in breach of contract CISAS cannot act because of the business decision which involves thousands.

So Orange are hiding behind that term, and as much as CISAS would like to help, they cannot!

CISAS can only handle individual cases.

Yes, i have their email address - that is the team. Not giving the address out as pointless and we need them to get their job done.

Please let us know if you make any progress!

Your best bet is to phone the Exec Office

    0800 0790 134

    or email: executive.office@everythingeverywhere.com

Head your email FAO the name of whoever you are dealing with
