So whats your next step ? Ring the Exec Office back and complain about being miss sold a mobile contract ?

I have had my complaint in for nearly 5 weeks on the miss-sold mobile contract aspect and discussed that this morning

Bottom line, they are only addressing/correcting the 'material detriment' aspect of the cases............when I asked about cancelling contracts he gave no reply.........I reminded him some people had already moved their broadband and it needed to be considered.

Oh yes...............if resolution cannot be reached, the onus will be on us to take legal action.............which Orange do not want
Hmm, that will be interesting, as my understanding is that EE do not allow access to short code numbers...with a proufoundly deaf wife who needs access to 18001 (Typetalk) to make ANY calls...over to you EE.

Orange may not want legal action, but I certainly do, if they cannot resolve this to my satisfaction...and the longer this farce continues, the less tolerant I am becoming
  • just called ex office? still waiting for call from sale's...(special) team
i've simply told them if orange do not resolve my issue with regards to broadband i will simply cancel my (dd) as soon as they stop my broadband services, (what are they going to do send the bailiffs round) to recover money

(you sold me a fake contract)

you wrong.... your wrong........ bring it on.......

    bunch of muppits.........

i have just about had enough of your Bosnian tactics

    good buy
  • Update: I have just had a very long call with the exec office - after speaking to my solicitor. I have been given assurances that the new special team (based in Scotland) are working 8 to 8 ringing us with individual settlements. But they could not tell me when i will get my call.

I have informed Orange under my solicitors advice that I will wait until next Thursday for a settlement in line with my requirements (immediate cancellation of my mobile contract at no cost to myself) as stated in my original and later complaints. If no call comes by then i will ring Orange and buy out my contract, and then the following day start the small claims court procedure to recover this money, my solicitor will advise and help me put that together and we will try and claim back 260 for legal advice from the small claims to cover his time.
  • orange we know your there.....come out.... come out where ever you are ?

we all know you read all of the posts on this site......

i'm going to tell everyone i know about your fake contract offer's..............
ex office told me they are only a small office. so they can not deal with us, jokers.....

you will be also be a small company soon if i've got anything to do with it...

your staff are rude....... and they don't understand english too.
