    Love it! :)

On principle, I will be going elsewhere because Orange are crap anyway. I'm going to leave immediately with the BB and as soon as I can with the mobile.
I have now had a lovely offer from Tesco for BB, too, as well as PlusNet. Mind you, I'd rather go with AnyOldBroadband than Orange now, so I don't really care so long as it doesnt cost me the Earth.

I would take the iPhone and an actual Orange though, as an as-well-as. :rotfl:

i'm doing deals on box's of orange's anyone interested ? they could really help with hanger management ? also good for missiles,
but i must stress they are not free ? lol (orange) should rename there company to (plums) would be more fitting............
  • I wouldnt believe anyone at Orange who tells me only 100 complaints have gone to Ofcom. With this forum, BBC's Watchdog plus numerous other sites the word is out and the complaints will rise even further.

The rebranding should be Everyone Elsewhere, as that is where the customers are going to go to get the Everything they want.

I hope so. What we need to do is create the kind of surge in complaints that happened over Ross/Brand doing prank calls on the radio. Once people realise they might actually heavily benefit from making an official complaint, they will join the ranks.

For the love of god avoid tesco like the plague with their broadband and line rental deals... that unless of course you arent planning on using the internet or planning on making any calls anywhere between 5pm and 2am

    Fantastic!
From now on, in this house, they shall ALWAYS be called Plums :j

On the plus side of all of this, I did manage to get into my call earlier the following line: "I wouldn't touch Orange with a stick covered in poo, let alone give you any more of my money"
I felt that I couldn't really use the full colloquial version of sh!tty-stick, as I wanted to be taken a little seriously, but I can confirm that the bloke at Tesco was cheered up when I told him Orange had me by the Fuzzies and I needed a nice company to go to...

    Small pleasures.

Just be aware of their usage caps... plusnet is a no go simply due to this as i stream tv and films.
  • lets make (orange) a free song about broadband..... we could all sing it to orange when we next contact them....

(You lied to me orange)......could be the verse ?

    any ideas ?
  • i'm just waiting for orange to stop my broadband service and as soon as they do i will simply cancel my dd with them simples.......

    Thanks Montage!
Luckily I am a fairly light user, so I don't think there would be an issue. My only vice is once or twice a month I have a round of golf on the Wii over the net (I'm sooo rock 'n' roll) but most of the time it's just email :)
I will keep an eye on it though, good shout!

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
One option I would consider carefully would be:

18 months of Orange landline rental including broadband for the current price of BT line rental saver (£129.00). Using the argument that BT is only a twelve months contract, and material detrement.

I would then add to the discussion the features Orange are unable to provide (divert etc), the comparable cost of calls, and the comparable cost of bundles I might like to add.

I also want the new Iphone and an actual Orange.

Hmmmm new iphone:D forget the orange............ but would be compensation for all the days of research done and! more to come........so long as it is with O2!
