  • My Letter says the 28th of October for disconnection.

    As I've been doing some home work, I've found I can get 600mins, unlimited texts and some mobile internets for £3.08 on a sim only plan through cashback from O2. Best line rental/BB I can find is talktalk £12.75, so called unlimited.

    I did ask when I last called what the deadline is for the legal team to reach a conclusion, under the presumption that those with normal jobs have to fulfil their role to a certain specified date. But no, apparently they don't have any incentive to work quickly or efficiently. If the company is so intent on maximising profits...? etc etc

    Just got off the phone to case manager

    His spreadsheet has 40 cases, but he is unsure of the number on his colleagues.

    An 'Outbound Team' have been set up and briefed to contact customers with 'multiple offers'. he is unaware of what resolution will be.

    Call will come via 0845 or 0844 number

    Meeting comprised following sections:

    Value team ( brand damage limitation)
    Business section
    Legal team
    Ofcom


    I am 2nd on list to be called! so......am patiently waiting

    All complaints are logged - I would have thought! I guess you mean those who followed the complaints procedure + ofcom complaint and have a 'case manager'.

    I really think those of you who rang today are being strung along - ring you back shortly, ring him back within a week, specialist teams, dedicated case officers - no offense to yourselves, but really have you not learned better in your years with Orange?!

    They are just playing games laughing away at us. I am so glad i moved my broadband already - i can't stand this company anymore.

    I now have to decide between small claims, cancel DD and fight consequences, or just wait forever for a response - to cancel my mobile contract! What a joke EE are.
