I represent the BB team yeah, but I'm not sure what you mean. It was a long day today! :-p

All I meant was that the BB division must have 10's of thousands of BB accounts to sort out and adjustments made to accounts - especially those attached to mobile contracts.

Whilst they - Orange BB - Team will primarily deal with selling new lines ect - your team will deal with the 'overflow' and contested cases?

    Dear Orange Or Ofcom

PLEASE can you make a blanket statement and put a stop to all this nonsense!

Executive Office can go about their daily business and the rest of us can get off this forum and relax with a good old home brew

Small Claims Court judgements do not set a precedence, although they can be used as supporting evidence in any related claims. I believe that only Crown Court and higher are able to set precedences.

Small claims in Scotland do, Sheriff Court https://www.accaglobal.com/content/da...009_june_a.pdf

English took Scots law eradicated it and implemented it across the Commonwealth.

As part of UK you could argue precedence on the matter was set by a higher UK court in Scotland than a District Court in England dealing with your Small Claim.
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

Looks like Orange does not want to defend their breach of contract in Court! :)
I said they never would, the Terms&Conditions were implic to each other on mobile & broadband connection & services provided.

I was going to mention that but I thought it might just confuse some people. :)

I did call it the other day from work to find out who it was, a recording said it was Orange and they would try again. If a person had answered I would not have discussed my BB with them.

My 2nd line is still working, I have just checked my account online I have not been charged for any calls made this month.
