Yes I have followed Eva49 guide apart from the letter which I am in he process of sending. Only received my cut off letter yesterday, am also awaiting a call back from the exec team, will give them a few days before i recontact demanding a case manager and reference number, any other advice would be greatly appreciated
Regards
Wolf
Hi Wolf,
You have the right idea, here is some advice I gave earlier just to point out about the email side of things.
Good luck & just ask if there is anything else as there are many here who are willing to help.
Nobby.Hi pj68,
I know it`s frustrating but you just have to keep calling the Orange exec office. I lost count of the number of promised call backs that never happened.....
If I were you I would call them again, get the name of the person you are speaking to & explain the number of calls you made and the promises of callbacks that have not happened.
Tell them your Ofcom reference number and that Ofcom told you to call the exec office to complain about being mis-sold. Insist Orange give you a case reference number too.
Whenever you contact Orange by email quote the Ofcom & Orange reference numbers in the subject line, I sent them to both the Orange case manager ( first name . surname @everythingeverywhere.com ) and to executive.office@everythingeverywhere.com, CC the emails that you send to Orange over the issue to Ofcom & Olaf.Swantee@everythingeverywhere.com.
I dont think for one minute that he reads them but I am sure it all helps.
There is no magic solution to this, just email & call until they realise you are not going to just give up & go away.
Sorry but keep trying.

I have had missed calls on my landline for the last few days from 01482 489747, turns out it is Orange, but you can't ring them back on that number. I have not called them back, as I am on the £5.11 BB Unlimited deal and I do not have an Orange mobile contract.0

I fired my email (the one I had previously sent to the Editor - This is Money) off to the journalist, who's email address you posted; I included my mobile number - no interest as yet!

I have been informed by Orange from 26 nov. i will no longer have free broadband or free 2nd line phone. These incentives were the main reason i always when my mobile was due in sticking with Orange as a contract phone is not much benifit to me now. Always when other rivals phoned me i told them i was not interested. Hence 7 months ago i upgraded again when i contract was due only this time it is for 24 months. When i contacted Orange stating i was misled they stated broadband and 2nd line phone was only goodwill and not part of my mobile terms of contract in other words i cannot cancel my mobile contact without a penalty of £400.0

Your contract has been mis-sold to you the same as the rest of us and clearly you are a customer of longstanding if you have the second line!
Follow the process outlined a page or so back and demand either free BB
for the remainder of your mobile contract
OR
Penalty free release from your contract
