Not really sure what's going on with me.
TMI alert - on evening of cd31 (which is roughly normal cycle length) I had a v.small amout of red blood so though af was on way. However all day cd32 just had brown cm when I wiped. I was a bit hopeful it could be IB but this morning I have more red so guess it is af - should I say today is cd1??
Am kinda gutted that I'm out again, but we only bd'd once or twice around ov so not a huge shock.
Going to really go for it this month as I want to be pg before my birthday in December. And I like the idea of an early summer baby!

Hi Sammy :wave: I remember you from the July 2011 wedding board. You were super organised then, so it doesn't surprise me in the slightest that you are being super organised with preparing for a baby too.

The chances are - everything will be fine. With my DD I came off the pill, never had a period and got pregnant straight away. I never had a single complication, and everything worked out perfectly.

This time I haven't been so lucky as it took a while to catch on and then I had a missed miscarriage along with complications of a molar pregnancy. I had told various people we were pregnant as I was so ill it would have been obvious to close friends and family anyway. I am now glad I had told people, as the network of support was incredible and I wouldn't have been able to cope with just my DH as sometimes you need other people to talk to as well.

I didn't buy much for the baby, but I did buy an babygrow and bib that says I love my daddy on it. Thats in the 'cupboard' Must be a similar one to Teamlowe's cupboard. It has my pregnancy books, my doppler (which never found a heartbeat ), my pregnacare tablets, my pregnancy tests, a congratulations on expecting card we received etc in it. Its a sad cupboard now.

I hope that noone else has to ever have a sad cupboard/drawer/room - but it is hard if you have been through a loss to cope with 'baby' things in the house as its another symbol of the baby you lost and the future you had planned together.

And I think you are right - don't go in to it with a negative attitude. It normally takes less than a year to get pregnant with no fertility problems on either side, and there is a 75% chance of not having a miscarriage. So the odds are in your favour.

When are you planning on starting to TTC? I hope everything works out for you. I also hope you join this thread when you do start. Emotions and hormones run high from time to time, so please just take things with a pinch of salt if anything is said that upsets you. We're a friendly bunch of ladies and are very helpful and supportive. I hope you will see that for yourself soon :A

Lemonmelon - Hehe on yr hubby not knowing whether it was positive :rotfl: So nice that you found out together tho :T I don't mind in the slightest whether you hang out here. I shall be stalking you wherever you go :j:rotfl: So it makes it easier for me if you stay here, lol!! I think I hung about for a few days, and then was brave enough to post on the 12 weeks one. Its not as busy as this one tho, so I did miss all you guys. I can't wait to join the 'big' thread cos thats really busy and that will mean I've gotten through a 12 week scan I think it was Aida who said its like the 2ww waiting for yr scan only its 8-10 week wait!! :eek: Will you be able to get an early scan with your history? I am going to push for an early scan next time to make sure its not molar again.

T2D - I think some months we just take it harder than others - especially if we have been hopeful. Just bite the bullet and ask your OH for the SA. It might help to give you some answers. I don't think any men like the idea that their 'manhood' might not be working correctly. They are quite happy for us to be poked about in the foof, but not so keen on having their own bits checked. Make him a nice tea and bring it up then :rotfl:

Tinkwings - Ouchies for the blood taking. I'm not sure about what results they are looking for tho - hopefully someone else will know. I think its maybe the progesterone levels at CD21? No idea what they should be etc tho Yayyyy for nearly finishing work tho :j:j Loving all the christmas collection you are whipping up :T:T

Applepie - CD1 is full flow red blood, so if its just spotting yr not there just yet. Mine has been a bit slow to start this month too, and for a small moment gave me some hope so I got the tests out. Then I felt really really crappy and had a big cry Stupid hormones, lol!! I would love a summer baby too. Am still on QQ's mission to get pregnant before christmas :rotfl::rotfl:

Becca - Thanks again for the lists. Can you update me to CD2 today please. Also I would like to guess 11. We are gonna have a BUMPER month - I just know it

Maybe see if you get a full flow later on and then call it CD1? If its just spotting then maybe it will be tomorrow.

Early summer would be nice - good for kids birthday parties!
