Well I knew it was coming but today is CD1 for me

Feeling moody and have horrendous cramp today so I think I'm going to have my first drink since Christmas tonight to cheer me up. I've been using FF to monitor things more closely this month so hopefully that might help with this next cycle at least.

Oh I know this feeling. My DD is 3.5 and my plan was to have three children, two years apart, so born in 2009, 2011 and 2013. Ha!

I'll be lucky to get a child in 2013 now, probably more like 2014, so a five year gap. Totally not what I wanted at all.

It is so hard seeing everyone else with two, and some even talking about starting on a third, when our first children are the same age.

And because I don't think I can go through this again, I think now we will only have two, if we can even manage that, because this has all just been too hard and too horrible and it has literally nearly killed me. I've thought about suicide because losing so many babies has just been too hard

I don;t want to bring the thread down, so I'll end with my OPKs - got a darker line yesterday so hoping to see OV soon. No EWCM yet and am CD14 but sometimes it doesn't come till CD16 so it's OK.

Must BD tonight though! Need to get started for this cycle! :rotfl:

I wanted to have 3 kids too but now Im thinking two because at the moment I havent even managed one. And the fear of miscarriage is massive for me now. Skint I just think you must be so strong going through what youve been through.

Maybe you will get a positive tomorrow then on your opk! So def get bding tonight! As i think sometimes by the time you get a positive its not leaving much time for the spermies to get there so doing it the day before is perfect!

Well January turned out to be a bumper month for BFPs, didn't it?! Some fantastic news on this thread ... I am hoping there will be another good'un next month - being wildly optimistic but why not ... I guess 9 BFPs in Feb!!

Fannyanna glad you are feeling more positive today; sounds like you have a fab doctor there (I know she is leaving but hope her replacement will be just as supportive) Well done on the weight loss - it's such a hard time of year to try to be "good" too when it's so blinkin' wet and miserable!

I don't think we'll be lucky this cycle - I was horribly poorly with raging temp from CD14 - CD19 ish and our little girl was refusing to sleep for CD20 - CD24 so not much action;)... I'm now CD29 (usually 35 ish days) and not holding out much hope Still no sign of AF though so you never know

Personally, I don't mind if people come on irregularly to update their journey. Not everyone has load sof time to post, or even feels emotionally able to, and I like to see people joining in.

I'd be very happy for you to swoop in with update on your cycle, we all understand it's not always possible to write replies to everyone on here or be up to date with everyone's journey.

Having said that, I am Bitter Hag #3 and I'm not even going to hide it! :eek:

I really think it is inappropriate and insensitive to suddenly post on this thread for the first time to announce a BFP. It's the equivalent of sticking a scan on Facebook without warning.

If the thread regulars don't know who you are, then why would we be pleased for you?

All it does its make us sad that yet another person has got PG when we are struggling.

It is really insensitive and inappropriate.

If you're a lurker, then post sometimes! Let us know who you are, don;t just lurk and then say "ooh I'm pregnant!" because actually, most of us won't be happy for you, we will be bitter and jealous and miserable.

Surely you don;t want to make us miserable?

So I say either post every so often and join in with us, or don't come on at all.

There are more appropriate places to announce a BFP if you haven't posted on here at all - try the under 12 weeks PG thread.

I like to know how you are getting on COMP even if youre not on here regularly enough for the cycle list.

You know baby &bump can be full of crazies, but one thing they do have on there which is a good thing (although not always stuck to..!) is no bfp announcements allowed/pictures posted asking is this a negative or positive etc, unless its part of a regular long thread where the posters want to obviously know because they know each others stories and are help to know/help.

So if you want to shout about your bfp you go on the pregnancy thread - after all you are pregnant!

Mincepiemonster - do you like Neighbours too? Im a massive fan and would love to live there. Just need to move to Oz first and find a tree growing money lol!

Yeah, usually we BD from about CD10 every other day, and then three days in a row from EWCM, but I've been so busy POAS that I forgot to BD! :rotfl: Although OH was away Tuesday night anyway.

I dont feel strong, I just don;t have any choice but to keep going. But if I lose another one I'm going to stop. Five babies dead is more than enough, six would be more than I could cope with.

But I'm hopeful now that the heparin will do the trick. I just need to get PG!
