Pfffttttttt, a sneak facebook pregnancy that I didn't see coming has made me grumpy / crying / why is everyone fertile apart from me :o:mad::(

I swear they haven't even been together 5 minutes, let alone making babies!!! Obv this is an exaguration, but jeeeeez. I literally will end up with no friends on facebook if I keep deleting fertile people or hiding them from my newsfeed :o:o:o

Had my 7DPO bloods again today. Lets hope they confirm ov, but obv what I would really like is to be pregnant and not have to deal with going back to the doctors :o:o

Big Hugs for the Annoying facebook people.....your turn will come Abis and then you will be the one shouting it from the rooftops...and facebook. Waiting for it to happen is such a pain in the #ss tho.

Its the long wait till ovulation for me. I know most people find the tww a drag but I find the weeks/month till ovulation exhausting.

Hoping to have lost a little weight this week but the sugar cravings and caffiene withdrawal are really bad. Just have to keep thinking of my FS appointment in March. If they stick me back on the scales of doom I want to have lost a bit more weight.

T2D - 11 eggs...:T:T Well done you. All the very best for the next step.

    Amus - Good Luck testing:D

Becca - Day 63. Can only imagine the frustration level. I am just about ready to scream by day32 with no ovulation.

TL - I totally agree. A plan is the way to go

Can't believe that it is over a year for me trying now. Feels like my whole life has been on hold for the last year. Today I have decided to set myself some non ttc goals for my personal & proffessional life incase I am waiting another year......nothing that can't be put on hold should I actually get knocked up:D. But I just don't want to get to 2014 and feel like another year has gone by with nothing to show for it.
  • Congrats to those who are pregnant. Hope you have a smooth pregnancy.
Sorry to those who the witch got.

AFM : according to fertility friend I am 4dpo and it says we have managed to bd once at the right time before ovulation.
Did the second test and that also came back bad. OH is going to ask his GP for a referal soon hopefully. No idea if they'll help though. Trying to stay positive.

    Thank you TCD.

Your luck worked, I got a +ve on a FRER this evening. :o

Please remove me from the lists Becca.

I'm in complete shock, so I'm going to lurk for a while.

Massive thanks to everyone for your support and at times hilarious rants. This place is amazing - I would have been lost without you all.

    CONGRATULATIONS!!! :T:T:T

    12DPO here

Annoyed because AF isn't here & BFN this morning - although i swear i could see a very very very faint line - i think that is just my optimisim showing!

I suppose i should be lucky that i am ovulating at all - dr did say it could take years after being on depo for 8+ years!

I can still hope that if AF isn't here tomorrow i can POAS again and the 'line' could be darker . . .

    That's a TLP! Post a pic! You know what they say - a line's a line :)

Amus - good luck for tomorrow morning.

I'm still not convinced that all the people who only did it once and got pregnant really just did it once, particularly when it was unintentional. I think a lot of people who are pretty careless with contraception say it was only once so they appear unlucky (actually very lucky) rather than stupid! Obviously it happens to some but I don't think its true for everyone!

Yes, that's probably true, but I have got pregnant on at least two occasions when we genuinely did only do it once. My friend calls me the One Shag Wonder! If we do it at the right time I more than likely will get PG.

The key thing is getting the right time, which is why I am now the proud owner of 50 OV testing sticks!

I guess if you have good eggs and sperm and the right timing, the odds are in your favour, but I dunno, one time it took us six months so who the hell knows?

  • its called pink pad, for android

i used to have the official tampax one on my iphone that tracked ov and AF ,... and was always spot on of AF.... pink pad has been correct for my periods (altho i have been coming on a few days early each month) you can edit it if you come on late or early by putting in what days you bleed.... but not sure about ov part as its my first month using the ov tracker ;)

Just as a little warning- I had pink pad for 18 months and (I think this applies to most app trackers) unless you have really regular cycles they're a bit useless... Pink pad consistently got my ov dates and period dates wrong and it doesn't respond to any changes you input onto it (for example with fertility friend if you add that you've had a positive opk/ EWCM then it will pinpoint ov for you). Just my experience of it- I hope it works for you though. :) I wouldn't rely on it solely though. :)

thanks hunni. i think we might just go old style .... n do it every other night although im not sure whats come over DP because the last two nights we've BD'ed .... from what i read online if your partner hasn't got a low sperm count etc it wont effect the quality of the sperm if you do it every night .... but if they have a low sperm count or not a very good quality sperm its better to do it every 2/3 nights. hopefully youth will be on our side (im 20 DP 21) we've been together 6 years and talked through everything possible... we're not jumping in feet first, we're ttc baby number 2 now because it feels the right time and i don't want any bigger than a 5/6 year age gap which even if things happen quickly LO will be 5 - 6 once baby is born. #2 will most probably be our last tho .... our family will be complete after #2 :) ....

i look as it when its meant to happen it will .... GL to everyone testing soon,,, congrats to everyone who have had a BFP
:mad::mad::(:(:(:( to everyone that AF made her appearance too
massive hugs to all those that need/want one xx

just found FF on my phone must of downloaded ages ago and forgot about it so have just managed to log into my account and updated with my cycles etc .... according to FF im OV on the 26th which will be CD 12 .... IS FF one of the most accurate ... think i might see if DP will BD the next 3 nights just incase :o:wink:

So, after our Internet going down today and me feeling unwell most of the afternoon (extremely tired), I'm up sick and I'm trying not to wake DH because he has to work tomorrow. I'm also stuck using my measly 3G data until we can repair the Internet.

Those that pray, I could use a bit of help on feeling better please.

Gigantic hugs to everyone (at least germs cannot be passed through virtual hugs.) :)
