Just goes to show there is never a right time to have a baby (apart from if you've not yet met the right man).
Most of my friends are getting on for mid 30s and still not trying for babies yet, even though they've said they want them. I'm nearly 36 and worrying I've left it too late for my 2nd.
One of my friends is seriously deluded, she wants 4 kids, doesn't want to start trying til she's 35 and thinks that's perfectly feasible.

Well spent the afternoon getting even more bloody, as been sat playing with my friend's 14 month old. He was fascinated with my treadmill that my mate dropped off, and spent half a hour running on it (with some help).

anyone got any ideas how to stop gas, it won't stop!!!

get it all out by lying on the floor with your bum in the air. This is called the fart position

Afternoon all,
Congrats to all the bfps, nice to see a few so far this month.
AF is just about gone again, wonder what this cycle will bring.
Becca - hugs for the test results, but it is good that now they know you will get the best help possible.

sorry I've not been very talkative lately, pma is at a bit of a low just now, I keep hearing my "friend" over and over in my head telling me that I never had a chemical/early miscarriage because 'i don't care what anyone says, you can get a positive pregnancy test before your period is due'. but then I know I should just ignore it because this is the same person who was told by a fertility doctor that you can get a positive test 2 days after ovulation and that you never get any pregnancy symptoms until you're at least 8 weeks! gah!
sorry I just had to get that out, it was driving me crazy

I feel a bit better actually having got that down....onwards to another month

so annoyed with DH. Despite the fact I have a horrible cold that has gone into my chest and am struggling to breathe, I have been running about after him all weekend because he's had noro and is "too weak to get up". Went upstairs to find him on the computer cause his friend messaged him on facebook.

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for all your help last week. I got my AF 2 weeks late in the end. Never mind atleast I know one way or the other now. I have started taking folic acid and am going to try temping once i can get my hands on a thermometer.
Can i join the list for testing etc. I am CD 3 today.

The doctor i saw last week was really nice. She said if i wanted, there are some basic tests i could have done as i came off the pill in April last year and have been trying since then. However she seemed to think that as i had, had regular 28 day cycles except for this month that i should be ovulating.
