Im 16 days into my cycle. My cycle is normally 28 days ( I use phone app called my days). We bd on day 13 of my cycle which was showing as fertile time. On day 15 and 16 of my cycle I have a slight brown discharge ( not requiring pads etc) from what I read on the internet this is too early to be implantation bleeding. Does anyone know what it could be?

as mentioned ovulation bleeding is rare but can happen, hopefully it's a super duper egg :j

otherwise tell your partner to be more gentle next time :rotfl:

Thanks skint- I didn't think this would be SO hard. Every month is like a kick in the teeth and a little bit more soul destroying!

Fingers crossed the witch stays away for you and the spot is a 'good' spot...

Good point about the BFPs though- I could do with some good news for someone! Come on ladies! :j

Has anyone read the book 'Taking Control of Your Fertility'? Any good? Is it worth me adding it to my ever growing collection of TTC paraphernalia?

    Sorry for cd1.

If you mean taking charge of your fertility the book by Toni someone, I was reading reviews on amazon this week & they were conflicting.

Some said how amazing it was, they followed the advice & got pregnant or at least now knew a lot more & had no idea about some stuff before & how it helped them to pin point their fertile time. Then I read other reviews that said if you already know about cm, temping etc turn its pretty much a waste of money as it won't tell you anything new, and you could just go on fertility friend website & read it for free.

    So I didn't buy it.
  • Hiya,
Am new to the forum. Have been trying to conceive for more than a year but with PCOS it s getting tough. Loved this thread. Can I get included in the list.

Doc put me on Provera for 5 days and clomid 100 mg from D2-D9.
Since my cycles are irregular, and currently bleeding , not sure when they stop. I have had prolonged bleeding lasting more than a month previously.

Can I start taking from tomo?

    Hi!

When did you start your period? Im guessing you should take it on the 2nd day of your cycle if thats what your dr has told you?

So will depend if you are on the second day of your period tomorrow or not. Call your dr if youre not sure what to do, Im sure they can call you back if you leave a message with the receptionist?
  • Hi Ladies,

I'm on CD29 so AF should be arriving soon. Had lots of cramping yesterday but nothing yet. Obviously still hoping for a bfp ! I used up all my ic's though (yes i'm a POAS addict!). I'm not a huge fan of ic's though, i think i must get the old line-eye as saturday i ended up seeing a very faint line, then when i went back to check later in the day there was nothing there. Must have imagined it !

I ordered some opk for this month though so we can be sure what day i ov. This month i had ewcm for a whole week, what the..?! But we did manage to bd everyday for that week. We were thoroughly pooped after all that though. So ov this month was anywhere between CD10 (when i started getting ewcm) and CD18 (when it dried up). Hence why i'm not sure if AF is late or not ! Really hoping that these opks take some of the guess work out of TTC !

Hope you're all well :) i'm enjoying a nice day off work, watching the snow falling with a cuppa and the cat on my knee. At some point i need to do some housework though, it can wait !

Morning ladies! Hope everyone had a nice weekend. :)

Big hugs to all in the Wine and Chocolate Zone :(

Getting into the pattern of POAS every morning for my CBFM now :) Still on high, will get very excited when it shows a peak! :) No BD at all this weekend as OH wasn't feeling too well, I let him off since it's too early in my cycle to worry and actually works out quite well because I can make him make it up to me next weekend! ;)

Do you think that having a cold can affect CM?! I'm (still) really snotty and phlegmy from my cold that just won't go _pale_ and noticed over the last couple of days that I've had loads of CM, interesting side affect, eh?! :o

I'm going to brave it and ask to be added to the testing list for the 24th January (my sister's birthday, so I'd quite like a glass of wine at dinner) if AF hasn't shown her witchy face before. Thanks to the lovely US woman I'm confident about when I OVd this month, and the 24th will be 15 days later, so any BFP should be showing :)

I know I'm setting myself up for disappointment but I don't care :o

Becca, glad the scan went well and hope we all get good news :grouphug:

I wouldn't be surprised if it does. My allergy medication makes me drier down there. Takes something that stops as much mucus from forming in your sinuses, less forms everywhere else as well! Last month I went without my allergy tablets (store brand 'zyrtec' or however it's spelled here :p) and had loads of cm!!! I swear, it was like a freaking water slide! Couldn't handle the not sleeping at night and being full of snot all the time through, so I'm taking it again.

Yes we've not had a BFP for a while now - none in 2013 yet. Come on BFPs!
