Yup - and the part that tends to be pretty regular, regardless of how messed up the first part of the cycle gets. Mine is always 13 days, even though I ov anywhere from CD22 to CD40+.
Best of luck - is sunday testing an option?0 -

It's the chickens breed that determines the colour of the eggshell. Red comets are the ones that typically are used to lay brown eggs in the states and white leghorns are the ones used for white eggs. It actually makes no difference as to the colour of chicken as to what colour egg she will lay. My mom has a white Ben that lays medium sized green eggs. They are all the exact same on the inside!
The reason that places in the states have to wash and then bleach their eggs is to kill the bacteria on them from the sometimes (more often than not unfortunately) nasty conditions the hens are kept in. It doesn't change the colour of them. The washing is why eggs in the US MUST be refrigerated if they aren't from a farm where you can see the hens running about. The washing removes a protective film that's on the eggs when they are laid, making them need refrigeration lest they spoil. Also many eggs in the states (in the supermarkets at least) have been sitting in a refrigerated warehouse for 2-3 months before they ever make it to the sales floor.
Can you tell I like the eggs better here and why mom and I own/owned our own hens?
And yes, I am full of random knowledge like this... Serves no purpose, but it's fun on trivia night!
Really bad headaches and the queasiness has started back up again. I also woke up with a stye on my eye this morning and every time I touch my eyelid or blink it feels like someone is either punching me in the eye or poking my eyeball. Not as bad as some on here have it right now though, so I cannot complain too much.0 -
I have no idea about my LP, I suppose I should pay more attention to that bit of my cycle!
Sunday testing is an option, although OH's parents are coming down on Saturday for the weekend, and they usually bring wine with them so I'd quite like to know if it's ok for me to have a drink, although it's probably still a bit early.
We've done what we could this month anyway. I got a smiley on my ov stick at CD15, BD'd CD 11, 14 and 15. OH was out on CD 16, but hoping we caught it.Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -
MV - That makes sense to test on a leisurely day. Fingers crossed for you. I'm going to try my best to hold out til Monday. I will only test with FMU, so as long as I keep my HPTs downstairs and dash to the loo as soon as I wake up then I can't be tempted
And I'm super busy the next three days so hopefully no time to dwell on it. But yes, it's making me nervous thinking about it.

Have you had any ss'ing Miffy?
Did you use opk's this month?Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -
My Silkies lay teeny tiny white eggs, which are delicious ! But it can get confusing when baking as they are about a 1/3 the size of normal eggs.
I hate christmas shopping, even online, the boots website is playing up, just spent an hour choosing all my gifts and now i can't get through to the checkout argh ! I feel like punching someone ! Think AF isn't far away...0 -
I've been silently SS'ing MV! I've been having funny tummy pains but thats it really. But of course it could be all or nothing. But it is just the tiniest of chance and we only had the one successful BD which in all honesty I think was too late for ov.
I haven't been using OPKs this month, but I think next month I'm going to dust off my CBFM and purchase some new sticks. And ov next cycle should be between xmas and new year, so thats quite a nice time as no stresses.0 -
Ditto, I am going to dust off my CBFM again next month too!
It only takes one sperm hon, so hope you caught itMetranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -

SILKIES!!! Oh I miss my little cotton tufts on stilts! Reminds me of when I tried baking using duck eggs, which are even different to Muscovy duck eggs. And serama eggs! Teeny tiny! About half the size of a silkie egg!
The husband says that once we get our own place and we can stop renting I can have a few hens. I'm hoping he doesn't forget that!0
