Nothing going on here much, got loads of cramps yesterday which makes me think I'm out yet again this month.

Hopefully going to make an appointment this or next week at the doctors to discuss this, seems like we have been trying forever now.

Ooooo toffee vodka sounds nice. I've made skittles vodka before and jelly baby vodka. Have just made two bottles of Irish Cream last weekend, they were meant to be for xmas, but unfortunately hubby has got to one bottle and drunk some. He loves Baileys and Irish Cream and can't get enough of them. He did make me a gorgous hot choc with it in earlier for compensation. However now got to make a load more! Think I'll make another 5 bottles at the weekend.

Hi ladies
Weird day today, when I got my bfp I worked out all the dates and put them I my phone Callander (big mistake) so up pops 12 weeks today on my phone. Well that couldn't be further from the truth could it. Grrr just needed a rant really.

On the upside (prepare for tmi) I have watery cm on cd12 hasn't happened before until about cd 18-20 with ov 8-10 days later so I may yet get my Xmas wish for shorter cycles !

My husband said to me last night that we should have started trying for a baby ages ago because he's getting to bd at least every other day even when I've done a long day at work, finishing at 10:30pm and back in at 6:30am, which he wouldn't have got before. I wonder how long his enthusiasm will last

I made Werther's vodka last year, it was yummy! It tends to split in the bottle and look a little funky, but give it a good shake before drinking and it's fine. I also made candy cane vodka... interesting!

Amy, I'm fairly sure that you'll be repeating your OH's words back to him soon when he's complaining that he *has* to BD every other day!

Good morning ladies!

It's been a good day so far here today. Trying to think of what I can make for dinner tonight. I might make what my mom dubbed "bean burger" which is just cooked and drained mince with a few cans of baked beans thrown in and heated up. Wonderful on it's own, or over cheese on toast! Or over eggs on cheese on toast. We have 40 eggs that technically had their bb date on 7/12/12. I just stuck them in the fridge, so they should be good for another few weeks.

It's still a novelty to me that eggs here don't need to be refrigerated in the stores! Then again, the eggs aren't washed and soaked in bleach before they go to the stores here either.

I'm trying to air out the house today as well. All but the kitchen windows are open a crack to let out the humid air. We don't have any exhaust fans, nor vents and we only have single pane windows. Isn't too bad but for the condensation running down them in the mornings. Hopefully things will dry out a bit (at least downstairs) with the windows open today.

Morning ladies!
Had a gruelling morning at work but now have some time out before our nativity dress rehearsals tomorrow! I'm on my phone so will update the lists later.
The next week will go so quickly - lots to do on the house & Christmas in school always goes so quickly too!

Last day tomorrow!! To say I'm looking forward to the break would be the understatement of the century. Had the last awful commute on Tuesday and haven't spoken to cowbag since I handed my notice in - so things are looking up already

Now I just need to sort Christmas out.... with no money.

I'm getting freaked out by a weird noise! I'm in someone else's office today and it sounds like there's something inside the wall. I realise that sounds mad. It's really odd, a sort of rustling/crunching noise coming from the wall. It only started about 20mins ago, I've been here since about 8.30 and there was nothing before then.

I know it's far more likely to be something sensible but I have now convinced myself there's some sort of animal in the wall and it's really freaking me out. :eek:
