Sitting here on the floor with the husband playing with the bunnies. My shoulder itself (subscapular muscle) is now hurting and inflamed due to how I've been needing to lay to sleep due to my neck. I'd really like it if my body would stop falling apart!

I fell asleep watching a 'new to me' movie today and again while reading. I've already asked the husband if we can go on to bed! Have felt up and down today at varying intervals.

Oh well, tomorrow is another day! At least the husband complemented my cooking of dinner tonight. Nothing special, just toad in the hole with mashed potatoes and baked potato skins.

The husband has just seen how quickly the bunnies eat blueberries as well! Haha! His reaction has made my night!

You're the second person to mention toffee vodka this week! We have a spare bottle of vodka (I only use it for making extracts) and a big bag of the werthers originals. How do you make the toffee vodka?

chuck them in the vodka and give it a shake, then leave it til the toffee dissolves . You might need to break them up to fit them in the bottle though.

Thanks codemonkey! I'll have to do that and if AF rears her ugly head at the end of this month I may have to break into it...

I just had a swig (for quality control purposes, obviously) and it's rather good but very sweet. Think I'll advise the recipient to keep it in the freezer. Or as it's known here, outside.

  • Oh toffee vodka, mmmm, I don't really like toffee or vodka, but that sounds good, some of my uni peeps on facebook were talking about marshmallow vodka last night, quite fancy that too!
  • miffy I think I'm going to test at the weekend.

My thinking is, I'd rather test and be disappointed on a weekend than on a dark, cold work day morning where I have to be out the door by 6.45am.

    Sorry for CD1 lily x
