he did notice (and comment on!) the big pic of a baby on the Conceive Plus packaging before I could take the plain white tube out of the box ;)

Hahaaa! That made me laugh - I had to lock myself in the loo, shove the box in the bin and then make sure that I emptied the bins that night!! Seriously though, is there anything more offputting than a big picture of a baby on the box?!

As for just letting it happen with lots of BD-ing, I have pcos and don't think I've O'd on my own for nearly 2 years, so I'd like to just get a handle on where my cycle is at and what my crazy body is doing. At least then if I don't O I can go informed to the doctor at some (much later) stage.

AFM, I'm on CD12, no sign of O, no sign of anything at all for that matter. Just (a bit desperately!) hoping to O this month, so I have a clue what's going on! Fingers crossed and baby dust to everyone!!

Hi All, still rooting for you QQ

Everyone seems to be chatting away nicely :)

Please can you update me on the list to CD1 thanks. Little dissappointed, but hey ho, another month to use the moon cup, I am thinner than I was at last AF. So there is my silver lining, i also said to OH that as we seem to struggling with money this month, we can't afford to have another child, he says he thinks we could be better off! so that bit of PMA was not quite as good.

Oh well choir practice tonight, we did a Flash Mob last night, which was great fun.

PMA for all :) Dec is very very nearly here :)

Well I think we've established beyond doubt that I'll be needing some time off once the really heavy-duty hormones start. I just had the meeting with HR and evil boss and cried! I've never, ever cried at work before, but I just couldn't stop. I am so ashamed. I sat there for an hour and basically cried the whole way through.

Hugs TL. Where do all these tears come from when TTC! There seems to be an endless supply - and about anything!

    stoopid hormones.

Sorry the witch caught you Leopard :( Nice PMA though! :) Also, how much do I want to be part of a flashmob!!! :)

Hope you've had lovely cuddles with your niece Amy! :)

Huge hugs Tea, don't be ashamed though. It's a hugely stressful, upsetting thing to have to think about, never mind tell relative strangers about so it's no wonder things bubbled up and the dam burst. Hope they were kind to you. :)
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

  • It's sooooo emotional. Blub away tea, we're entitled!

Our new neighbours are moving in..finally after the flat next door being empty for months and months. We are friends with the old owners and were sorry to see them go.

Does anyone else get a bit jumpy when new people move in? I think I'm just hoping they'll be nice, quiet and friendly!

we had ages when we didn't have a neighbour, it used to scare me with every bump that someone had broken in. And when one night they really did break in, the police came and said there was no sign of a break in except the door was wide open!!!
Think of all of the advantages though, ermmmm less cost of heating if you are attached to their house, as their heating will help warm your house. ermmmm can't think of any now.

Our neighbours are nice and quiet now they kicked out the lad that kept playing music in the middle of the night.

Just waiting for hubby to come home, definetely getting loads of ewcm but still low on cbfm. He's got a long weekend off now, as our little ferret is off to get spayed, so she'll be dead arsy with us for a few days.
Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.
  • I suppose from the security aspect, it's better to have someone in there. I think we are just incredibly lucky with our immediate neighbours, particularly considering we live in a bit of a tough part of South London.

The new neighbours are next door. We live in a top floor maisonette (kind of half a house) and they are moving in to the equivalent maisonette next door. Our living room is right next to theirs, and our strip of garden is directly next to theirs. Just hoping they are nice folks..no reason they shouldn't be I guess.

From memory they have a toddler like us, so some common ground. Hope their little one is as well behaved as ours! ;)
