Trying for a Baby Part 8

Sorry for not being around ladies, having a little hard patch.

One of DH's friends was pregnant at the same time as me and shes just had her baby. She was upset at the time about being pregnant as she has a 15month old (who would have been 7-8 months when we were talking about it) and she was worried about how they would cope etc. I was so excited to be pregnant and so ready, and it just seems so unfair at times that my baby was taken away from me

Have had to hide her on facebook after saying congratulations. Can't be coping with cute baby pics all the time.

Abis - big hugs, I can see how that would be so difficult xxx 1 day at a time is all we can do.

CD1 for me today I hope that's come out some version of pink from my phone!
I'll catch up properly when I get home, been on a training course the last few days, anyone experienced Mary gober?

Abis lots of love to you, these times are always tough, my best friends baby was due on the day after mine so going visiting and seeing her newborn was hard.
it does get better though, as trina says, one day at a time.

Hugs Abis, it's just !!!! isn't it. I discovered today that a colleague actually has very nearly the same due date as me. I felt completely winded. Obviously I knew she was pg but I hadn't realised she was that far on

Managed a quicky before work too so that's cheered me up! DH knows it's shag week too which is why he made special effort lovely man that he is

Tinks, my DS1 is almost 15 too. I really don't know how he got to be so old!

Sorry for whinging ladies - it just sucks some days more than others Have had a good spell lately, so its bound to come crashing down soon enough. DH even said before we got the news that I was so happy at the mo, which means a sad spell is usually coming

I know its not her fault she had a baby and I didn't. It just sucks sometimes. (ok, a lot of the time it sucks)

Due date is a week on sunday, so its bound to stir up some sad times. I've organised a lovely magical weekend with DH & DD so hoping that I will just throw myself in to that.

Can't even go get chocolate or vino seeing as its my slimming world weigh in tonight! Hope I have done ok. Getting a bit nervous about it. I have tried super hard all week long - despite CD1. No alcohol, no chocolate, no treats, no fat friday at work, no sausage rolls, nothing. I deserve a medal as well as some weight loss

I did just sell my first magic elf on ebay tho so thats cheered me up loads :T :j

abis21 - I really feel for you and I can imagine how upset you must be at the moment. Life does suck and you're allowed to get angry/upset about it. Never apologise for your feelings - especially those that are completely justified x

Wow fantasyland sounds amazing. I'm trying to persuade dh we need to go back for Christmas next year. Hopefully the next time either of us goes it will be with little ones!
