Thanks for the hugs and sympathy yesterday ladies, don't know what I'd do without being able to ramble on here Made up with OH last night (baked cheese scones and made Mars Bar crispy cakes which may have helped!) and explained what I'd said to his Mum and he agreed that she tends to get carried away and can't help 'stirring'.

I seriously need to learn to keep my mouth shut around her though! My Mum got cross when we all went away for our wedding because MIL kept telling my side of the family to leave us alone and give us some space (without us knowing and Mum didn't check as she didn't want to rock the boat)... then OH's family spent as much time as possible with us and MIL comforted me when I was upset that my own family were hardly spending any time with us. Once I'd confronted Mum about it she explained what MIL had been up to and told me, 'She looks sweet and inocent but she's sneaky... watch out!' :eek: God knows what trouble she'll stir up once there's a baby on the scene!

Code, I've never had a positive IC, even when definitely pregnant. Even Clearblues will only give me a faint positive at 15dpo. It seems some people get early bfps and others have to wait ages. You're not out til the witch arrives, I'll have my fingers crossed for you.

Finally, eleven weeks after mmc, after a 24 day af, I have ovd!!!!! Yay! Think I'm 3dpo will have to sort out link to my chart soon!

Thanks BigBird. Going to try to wait for Tuesday which will be 17dpo and if AF isnt here I'll test on a 'proper' one. Bit crampy though so doubt I will need to.

thanks for your kind words ladies, it's good to have people who understand the fustration. when i wasn't trying i loved the fact that i would go so long without a period, the occasional cheap pregnancy test when i got paranoid and i was fine! lol

even more fustratingly, i've been full of snotty, yellowy discharge (tmi sorry) until this morning and i've woke up this morning to find that it's gone EWCM, it's soooo clear it's like glass!

SO am i going to ovulate? does anyone know? honestly, i'll take best guesses at this point :rotfl:
so i'm in a pickle, i need to know what my body's doing but also i don't want to waste an opportunity if there is one. so i'm half and half about BDing as i don't want his, umm contribution clouding things. i think i'll leave things for now, maybe temp a few days (although i'm pretty sure my thermometer is broken), BDing in the next few evenings and then see where we stand next weekend. it's only a week, right? xx

Ladies, can I ask a favour? I've been ill this month and think it has thrown my system off a it. Could someone look at my chart here and tell me if they think I have ov'ed? Last month I had a bigger spike, but my signs are all over the place this month, I had ov pains on Tuesday and yesterday but still getting EWCM today, haven't had a positive opk at all although it looked like it was nearly positive on Tuesday evening and then yesterday evening there was no line there at all.

Hi Angeltreats,

You are going to need one more raised temp to confirm if that is ovulation or not. Do you usually continue to get EWCM after ovulation? I think I am right in saying that for most women it dries up after O.

Your body can gear up for ovulation and then change its mind. Happens to me at least once a month, I get all the signs and then nothing.

Think you are going to have to be patient and wait until tomorrow mornings temp.
