I think i have im just not sure and want to be in with the best chance.
Hmmm ladies - i hear you... , its still early days for us, he'll probably get fed up soon so i'm making the most of his accomodating status:rotfl:

Ok I lied. Just read on Wikipedia that implantation can happen up to 12dpo (maybe implantation bleeding), and that the hormone levels are only garrunteed to be high enough 4 days after that (16dpo-like me), and as I typed my last post on my iPad sat in bed after just waking up, I tested on a IC hpt with fmu and got a still faint but much thicker line than I was getting a couple of days ago.
Still going to hold off a couple more days (digitals are expensive) but I think this might be itso excited, I know I've only been trying a couple of months, but I did spend almost 4 years ntnp before this so I feel like it's much much longer

Hello chatty ttc girsl:wave:
Must be the new thread, you lot have become a lot chattier of late:D
Sorry!I can't begin to explain how bored I am at work. I have literally nothing to do for 3 weeks of every month. I have to sit here for nearly 9 hours a day and look like I'm doing something. It's soul-destroying, I feel like I'm actually going a bit mad.
Plus you're all so lovely to chat to!
ps - my big sister & BIL made me buy their pg test when they were expecting my niece. They're both teachers and despite being married for years, own home, etc. they just couldn't face one of the kids they teach seeing them lol.0 -
QQ - I agree with tea lover, everybody is just so nice to chat to!
When I was at school, my teachers used to offer me 'plus points' (or whatever they were called) if I didn't talk for set periods of time. Like five minutes. I love a good natter
This thread totally keeps me sane. In between posting about purple wee and revealing that my real name is not MrsJ I am quietly freaking out about everything and feeling desperately broody/worried it'll never happen, etc. I would have probably been sectioned (kindly arranged by my husband no doubt) if I couldn't come on here and chat to you lot!
Raz - show us a piccie of the test? Excited for you!0 -
tealover - have you started reading the fit for fertility book? what do you think?0

Er... confession time. I did look at it but got in a bit of a strop tbh.I looked up the part about treatments and it's right at the back, so then I felt like I didn't work properly enough for the rest of the book. Which I realise now, having written it down, sounds ridiculous (and another sign of my failing mind!) Perhaps I shouldn't have started it after yet another scan.
Will have a proper look this evening hopefully.0 -

Doesn't sound ridiculous at all - I hadn't thought of it like that, and I hope I wasn't insensitive/didn't upset you by recommending it
ETA - I think the reason the treatment section is at the back is that the book wants to encourage diet/lifestyle changes first, and then treatment... I think for a lot of women there are some simple lifestyle changes which can greatly improve chances of conception. I'm waffling now. I think I'll go back to making jokes about your name0
