Can't be repeated often enough, and this had nothing to do with parcel force .
You have been told to stop using the basingstoke address on your website as it's not owned by you, you don't pay to use it any more. Stop giving the impression you are in the uk.

Hi all, Another victim here - stupidly sent just shy of £300 by bank transfer at the start of September. As we only live down the road from Basingstoke my husband and I visited the address on the website a week ago to see if we could persuade them to give our money back. The receptionist there said that she had never seen (text removed by MSE Forum Team), but that a representative of the company called Clifford Baker (or Barker - I can't remember) had been going there to collect post up until recently. Does anyone know the whereabouts on (text removed by MSE Forum Team) as I'm sure he must have received the letter that we sent requesting a refund.

They contained names and addresses of people owed money etc so I doubt the people concerned would want me to post that.

So you didn't ask to speak to a manager at these virtual offices? You've come away and don't really know the correct name? This is certainly something to be passed on to action fraud.
Can you return and make an appointment to see a manager

Does she know she's been told not to.Why would they pass on her mail to a third party? What about the covers they are holding there that they don't know who to return to?

There was no one else there - we asked to speak to the person in charge and she said it was her, it's just like a self-storage facility, I couldn't even see any offices just storage containers. She wouldn't give us any more information and said that she shouldn't have given us his name even. I didn't know anything about any covers until I read this blog - we just went there to confront someone from the company and try to get our refund. Your in the best position now. You need to contact action fraud and explain .
Ask her for a name and address that you can write to the owners of the units and send it recorded.you can then pass this to action fraud.
