I agree with Churchmouse, it would be a shame if we had no photos at all occasionally on OS board.
Amie, don't feel the need to stop posting on this board, you are as welcome as everyone else. I have just been over to the other board in the Arms, as you stated you felt people were taking the P***. Ignore that thread, it childish and although I agree with TM and the Board Guides that this board is losing it OS feel and maybe there too many photos on this board, I do not agree with childish belittling behaviour.
I'll get my coat...............0 -

Evening everyone :hello:
Huge (((hugs))) to kiwichick

I'm afraid that I've been awol for a few days too as when I've come to post, the thread has been so long that my time is up by the time I've read through it all.Yes, I'm a slow reader AND I'm trying to limit my time on MSE. DH is delighted about that bit.
Right, back on track:
Supper tonight is some lovely lamb meatballs (Jacob lamb), that have hopefully defrosted..... We'll be having them with a tomato and basil sauce, rice and I picked up a yellow sticker garlic and parsley flatbread from Tesco, which will soak up the rest of the sauce.I've got some bananas that I need to turn into banana loaf, which I'll probably begin to do whilst the meat balls are in the oven.
My meal plan for the next couple of weeks looks fab. I'm using up loads of store cupboard and freezer stuff so that the week after Easter I can do a massive batch cooking session and restock for the summer term. This is especially due to the fact that I've got a new job for a term. Did I tell you all that?
We had a lovely day on Saturday at Borough Market and then Vinopolis. DH and I got some delicious garlic infused olive oil, which will definitely keep the vampires away.Oooh, and some gorgeous Welsh cheese with sun dried tomatoes (not Welsh, I suspect!). Vinopolis was great, and we all came out a teensy weensy bit tipsy. By the time we got back to our friends' house, we were DEFINITELY ready for bed!
Right, I've got to fill out a few forms for my new job.
By for now

Hiya everyone
Kiwi So sorry to hear about your fall. I was just thinking of you on Monday. We went to Edinburgh and I bought myself a bag. It's in the shape of a sheep. It's soooooooo cute.
TBH I've found the thread a bit hard going lately as well. I don't find the photo's offputting. After all I've [strike]bored[/strike] inspired you with my DIY house building& DGS.
Well off to get tea ready as I'm off to bingo with Aunty J. Have a great night and ((hugs))) to all those who need them.Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.0 -

It could be worse. You could be posting that you are on the loo and have bleached the washing:rotfl:Life's a beach! Take your shoes off and feel the sand between your toes.0 -

wow page 11! I'm afraid that I agree with others that the length of the thread has put me off reading it all lately and also the fact that the pics sometimes stretch the page - I do like seeing them though;) I'm sorry you feel the need to stop posting AMIE, I'm sure that wasn't what was intended by TM. Please reconsider! This is how we lost Black_Saturn and I really miss her posts.
I hope things get back to normal tomorrow, maybe a few regulars will return!
