We are moving on 4th May, and husband is retiring then, so reducing outgoings and trying to clear OD is crucial for us. I do alot of scrapbooking, and as its very addictive I had bought loads i didn't use. I sold it all on a Scrabbook website, and have made £600 so far - I can't believe I had soooo much. Mind you it was hard work listing and photographing it all - I posted nearly 40 parcels last Saturday....
I also am downsizing alot - I was hoping to get to a car boot, but time is against me, so i advertised a job lot suitable for car boot on ebay and got £50 for it, so i was happy. I have saved a few items, and am now in process of listing them on ebay...
Hope the OD of £2,000 has disappeared by the time we move, but at least i know that I am well on the way.
    Great support on here.

Sorry for not posting for a while. I've been busy earning lots of money :D

Everyone is doing so well :T :T

I haven't been able to pay anymore off yet but I'm hoping to save some money and make a massive payment off at the end of this month (that's the plan anyway ;) ).

I had a website mystery shopping job yesterday which I will eventually get £75 for and I've got another little survey with the same company which will pay £3.50.

Before the end of the month, I will get around £45 from mystery shopping and during next month I will already be getting £85 from mystery shopping but this will hopefully grow as I am taking all the jobs I can!

I've finally received the Sony camcorder that I won 9 weeks ago and I will be selling it on Ebay tomorrow evening. I estimate this will get between £150 and £200. I'm also going to be listing some other lots including my baskets and I've got some clothes and other bits and pieces to list too which I'm hoping will get me another £100 or so.

So I've got lots of money on the way but am just having to wait for it.

    Keep going everyone :D

I've been very bad and not paid this challenge much attention so far, but I have been doing a few online surveys. I should be getting a payment for recommending a friend for a job at my office when she starts, and I am going to see if the hotel across the road needs any evening staff just to see if I can make some extra money. I think I should be able to pay about £75 off my card at the end of this month!
Well done everyone else for making such great inroads!

I've managed to get completely confused with my bank accounts this month, as I paid the bills & my flatmate gave me a cheque - I think I'm doing quite well, but I've honestly not a clue! This is why I want to get rid of the overdraft completely though - I get so confused and never know what's 'mine' as such!

Everyone seems to be doing really well though, these shorter-term challenges are great for motivation I find!

Oh, and does anyone have recommendations for which vouchers sell well on Ebay? I've got about £15 of piggypoints to cash in on!

I think the Leisure vouchers would go well on Ebay. I've sold Luncheon vouchers on there before and they always sell really well.

I've sold my camcorder for £180 which is great. I also received a watch this morning that I won from OK! magazine. It's worth £200 so I think I should get around £150 for it :D
