    Good Morning all
Hugs to all who need them, I don't have time to read the thread as I should have left for work by now.
I just popped on to let everyone know, I made an official complaint about my wage cut, got a load of blether from, Mrs xxxx but no sensible answer. I took it up to the next level & the problem was sorted within 30 mins & my wage was reinstated, woo hoo.

    Good morning everyone,

Csarina, you sound as though you're at your wits end, I hope things get better after the move.
Snowy, I'm glad yesterday didn't go too badly.
Kyle, Hugs. Try and take it easy today.
Catowen, smokeybabe and Penny-Pincher, Hugs, it's really horrible when you can't sleep.

It was a gorgeous day here yesterday and today looks like it's going to be the same. Isn't it great to see the sun shining, hear lawnmowers mowing and enjoy the lighter evenings. It really does feel like spring is here!

Two kids off to school, just the little one to take and then I am going to spend the day catching up on all the stuff I didn't do over the weekend and yesterday. The house looks like it's been hit by a bomb. I hate housework! Probably because it gives me about 10 minutes pleasure seeing the place look good, then almost as soon as it's done, it needs doing again……..it really must be one of the most thankless jobs there is.

I'm making Delia's minestrone soup for tea with homemade tomato and cheese bread and I might bake some banana bread this afternoon too.

Ok, better go and do the round up of shoes, coat, bag and lunchbox....

    Have a good day!

    Morning All

Small person is still asleep proberbly due to her night time antics last night. I'm going to need some matchsticks this morning I think.

Hoping to get loads done today, yet more ironing and sort of DD room and clothes and hopefully starting on the dumping ground in our room.

Tea will be something easy proberbly Toad in the Hole as all the components for that are already in the freezer and just want defrosting.

    Have a good day everyone

((((hugs)))) csarina, I would ring the council for advise ref your stuff, or what about social services, yrs ago they used to accept furniture etc, not sure they still do,cause of fire safety etc - but worth a try!

smokeybabe hope DH is feeling better today!

kyle so glad DH apologised, but he still has no right to speak to you the way he did, and all for what - a sore throat! Thats a good excuse - I'll remember that one when I loose it with OH.

n9eav lot of hassle ref the boats, but at least you it sorted!

Been clock watching since 4.40am, Very tired to say the least!

Best get a wriggle on and sort DD out, she's dragging her heels again!

    Good morning everyone.

Smokybabe, I hope your husband gets to the GP today. ((HUGS))

I wanted to welcome mystery07 to the board. I know she's been reading but was too shy to post. Mystery, we're here to help. Just ask! And I doubt I'm speaking just for myself when I say that I muddle along as best I can and am certainly not as organised as I'd like to be!
May all your dots fall silently to the ground.

    Good Morning all,
I've been unable to get on here for a while, and it looks as though a lot of people are having struggles at the moment. My best wishes and thoughts with those who seem to need support.
Here at Topherville, we still don't seem to have done anything in this fresh new optimistic year, other than deal with illness and damage.
O.H. is going for his 6 week appointment about the broken ankle which has left him unable to do so much as carry his own cup of tea from the kitchen to the living room, so I've literally been waiting on him hand and foot. It has also meant that all puppy care has fallen to me.
I've had a thrombosis thingy in my right eye, which has left me with about 25% loss of vision, and very frightened - that I don't know what caused it, and if it could happen again. The vision loss is in patches, so I'm finding it really difficult to adapt. I can't read in the same way I'm used to, can't do whiteboard work for my class, and can't see all of the children's faces when I'm teaching them. I've been told I'll adapt, and that does seem to be happening, I'm just really tired of trying to cope with things, and to ensure they keep going. I have to check that it wasn't the coil that started the blindness, ;) and that's proving to be a battle, and I'm four weeks down the line of trying to have my pension correctly acknowledged, they seem to have wiped out 7 years of my working life, and reduced my pension build up accordingly.

Just tired of fighting that's all. And I'm sure, other people are having a much tougher time than me, and I don't mean to come across as whingeing about my "lot".

So hugs, and a big HELLO to the rest of you, have a happy Tuesday

    Love Topher:j
