We always have mash with tith, and I ALWAYS foret we don't need so much due to the batter, so I always get extra mash for the next day to turn into fishcakes, hash or squeak!
Weekly shop done on Sun, £16.19, then another £11 on tues which wasn't needed... Cross with myself for that. Have lost count of my sept spends, so I shall add on £175 for the month. As I'm doing a yearly budget, I kinda need a figure! I shall work out later what that means for my annual budget...Grocery challenge for family of three - me, dd(12) and ds(11), feeding dp 2 or 3 x a week too. Only food, not toiletries. Jan £87.97/£100 Feb £0/£100

Just a 16.00 spend this week, wanted carrots and onions to dehydrate,
Asdas were 90p a killo for carrrots but got 10kg for 1.98 from Rosspa.
onions 4kg for 99p, grapes were only 99p 500g, Bramley cooking apples only 1.08 a kg. and a huge cabbage for 59p. I think I saved the delivery charge of 5.50 twice over and didnt have to lug it all home on the bus.Slimming World at target0 -

I am also stocked up on wine to keep me going into November and I should have enough biscuits & crisps to the end of Oct, along with various other bits & pieces....
